DOSE:
oral Mushrooms - P. cubensis (tea)
There are many tea recipes out there but I just tried my own, highly successful:

Recipe for one person (multiply for others):

1/3 litre normal water (300cl)
2 bags of ceylon assam (black) tea (thebaine will combat some of the initial sluggishness at the onset of the trip - it worked for me), green tea is ok too
two teaspoons honey (increasing with shroom-dosage and/or taste)
1 - standard dried, ground, psilocybe cubensis (I used 3 dried ones of ~6cm (~2.4in) size - important: dosage varies with batch and intention)

preparation:

I prepare the water in a pot, don't bring it to boil entirely (use medium heat), put the teabags in, then the honey. I Turn off the boiler and put the ground shrooms into the brew (they don't need to be ground to powder - psilocin/psilocybin dissolves easily in water). I let it sit for 10 minutes and stir occasionally. I throw away the now ineffective mushroom-material.

The result is a normal tasting ceylon-tea which holds a surprise about 15min later.

The onset is very quick. Although I don't mind eating foul tasting mushrooms I will stick to this method in the future. It's a great ritual and I like tea.
