I was celebrating Christmas at a friend's house. I'm on probation and am a recovering heroin/cocaine addict. I wanted to take some opiates, preferably Percocet or Vicodin but couldn't take anything that would show up on a drug screen.

I asked my friend if she had any muscle relaxers or anything. She gave me a whole bottle of Topomax. I'd never taken it before so I had no idea what it would do to me. I looked it up online, liked what I read, so I decided to take 15 of the 20 100 mg. pills.

Boy, did I screw up!!! I was out of my mind for the next 3 days and not in a good way!!! I was in a total state of confusion, 2 days into it I still couldn't tell you what year it was, I had to go to my outpatient rehab in that state, it was apparent I was high and almost got kicked out of the program. They called the paramedics and I ended up in the emergency room where they did a CT scan. My taste buds are still screwed up 6 days later.

I strongly suggest staying away from recreational use of 'Dopamax!!'
