What's in a tablet marked "SL 434"?
Q: My friend recently acquired a number of round, white pills marked SL 434 in the belief that they were percocets. I have never seen percs like this, and I have been unable to find any information on the RXlist or elswhere. I realize you may not have many other resources at hand than those I have already checked, but any help identifying these pills would be greatly appreciated, even if only to confirm that they are or are not a form of oxycodone. Thank you

A: According to the Ident-a-drug reference, a round white tablet marked with "SL 434" contains 100 mg Trazodone HCl. We only have a small amount of information about trazodone which you can find at:
