Urine Testing
2C-T-21 is not one of the "SAMHSA-5", the five drugs tested for in U.S. government-approved basic drug tests. 2C-T-21 is also not tested for in typical extended drug tests. In fact, we are not aware of any drug tests that would show 2C-T-21 usage. It is not chemically similar to any of the drugs tested for, so should not trigger the tests as another substance.
We have received comments from one individual who says they took 10 mg 2C-T-21 approximately 36 hours before a urine drug screen done at a "medical testing facility" where they test for an extensive list of drugs ("way more than the standard 5") and they passed the test.

CAUTION & DISCLAIMER #
Erowid's drug testing information is a summary of data gathered from site visitors, journal articles, websites, and other resources. Detection periods depend on amount and frequency of use, metabolic rate, body mass, age, overall health, drug tolerance, and urine pH of each individual. Many substances that are not tested for in basic or extended urinalysis tests CAN be tested for by a laboratory willing to go to the trouble, although that is uncommon.
