PMMA is unscheduled in the United States. It is possible that it could be considered an analog (of PMA or MDMA), in which case, sales for human consumption or possession with the intent to ingest could be prosecuted under the Federal Analogue Act though we are unaware of any such existing cases (3/28/2012).

Italy #
PMMA has been scheduled since 2002 though criminal penalties are not applicable for amounts under 450 milligrams. (Microgram Bulletin, Aug 2006)
Sweden #
PMMA has been regulated since Apr 1999. (Legal Status of Various Compounds in Sweden, 2000)
