Well, I decided to cheer up the evening by trying some Opium.
I used a bong so I could get all the smoke and afterwards I had a cigarette.

I've tried it before and only got a mild buzz, but this time was unreal. It felt like the entire world was inside my skin and touching anything becomes a phenomenal experience. I felt like I couldn't move and I had mild hallucinations, but my skin was the best thing, it felt like I was outside of it and inside of it at the same time. I kept drifting out of my body and looking back at myself, its almost impossible to do anything but sit there and enjoy the world.

Listening to music becomes a life changing experience and I sat and revelled in the majesty of being alive.

But the downside is that its very addictive and I suspect that frequent use could lead to an addiction.
