First, a background. I am experienced in many, many psychedelic phenethylamines and their derivatives, including the nBOMEs. I consider 2mg to be an extremely high dose, and I am relatively 'hard-headed' as it were, usually requiring high-ish doses for full effect, even barring tolerance. I also acknowledge the fact that anything consumed on a blotter is subject to variation based on the techniques used to lay the blotter, but mine was from a very trusted source, so I am confident in the 2mg dose give or take 100ug.

The night I decided to take this blotter, I was simply bored and was not looking for any kind of profound experience, simply a diversion from my routine. I took the blotter around 10:30pm. I went about my business, cooking my dinner like normal, when I started to feel the initial effects about 15 minutes in. The usual phenethylamine muscle tension and jitters 'I call this electric tension' began. They rapidly evolved into full on restlessness and I began pacing.

Then it hit me, like a thousand tons of bricks. The most noticeable thing was the colors. Thousands of prismatic looking fractal spiral patterns enveloped my field of vision. I had a a hard time actually seeing what was in front of me. At this point I briefly became fearful, thinking that I had done too much. That's how powerful it hit me. I tried to keep watching tv, but I was eventually overcome by the desire to close my eyes and watch what was happening. The colors and geometric patterns were overwhelming. I like to think that the prismatic patterns I saw were mathematical in nature, based on the golden spiral, but that's just my nature.

I was trying to watch an episode of star trek, and while I could understand the dialogue, it made no sense. I was actually confronted with the question 'why do people do things.' Thanks in no small part to the show I was watching, I began to contemplate the nature of life itself, My corporeal body and its significance to humanity in discovering information and passing it along to future generations. It was a very profound state. At times, however, i felt that it just resembled a stupor. I had to actively try to appreciate the ramifications of the situation I was in at the time, rather than experience it and then later re-integrate. In this way it can be a very mentally demanding experience, that is if one is hoping to get more from it than just astounding visuals.

In summation, this is a very potent, powerful psychedelic, which could be used as strictly recreational, or for deep personal introspection, whichever is wanted. Please note that the tolerance curve for this substance is extraordinarily steep. I took 2mg again a few days later with minimal visuals and no profound change in consciousness. The tolerance also seems to affect other phenethylamines. Minimum wait between doses should be several weeks for full effect. Also, alcohol has a tremendously detrimental effect on this and many other pshchedelics. Have fun and please be safe!
