DOSE:
T+ 0:00
350 mg oral Picamilon (capsule)
  T+ 2:00 350 mg oral Picamilon (capsule)
BODY WEIGHT: 233 lb
Bought a bottle of Picamilon powder, 20 G, some time ago which was refrigerated until use and after checking out dosages. Recently tried 350 mg which is what I could stuff into a '00' capsule. The highest dosage I noted on the internet was 100 mg 3 times a day. After 2 hours hadn't noticed anything at all and took another 350 mg. Again no effect.

Repeated the experiment the next day with the same results. No effect on heart rate or blood pressure either time. There is a blood pressure lowering effect reported but I didn't note any.

Longer term use should produce an increase in cerebral blood flow. Not sure how to test for that but will take 350 mg once a day till my order runs out.
