Tramadol Night

Tramadol 200mg/caffeine 200mg

T-30min A while before I decided to have the tramadol I had a 200mg caffeine tablet to keep me awake as I was feeling a bit sleepy, I am unsure if there is any synergy between the two drugs.

T-5min Shortly before dosing I decided I would look for a film to watch while I waited for the effects of the tramadol to kick in. The movie I decided on was the perks of being a wallflower.

T (1:00am) As the movie started I took the four 50mg capsules, washed down with a pint of water. The pills were small and the slippery gel cap made them very easy to ingest

T+15min Lying on my back I feel a heavy feeling in my stomach and my legs feel very relaxed. However I'm not sure if its effects starting or placebo

T+50min Feeling very relaxed all over my body, slight feeling of pressure behind my eyes. My heartbeat also seems to have slowed a bit

T+1hour I'm becoming distinctly aware of my heartbeat for some reason. My eyes are getting very sensitive to the light of my laptop screen. I’m having to concentrate on my breathing; it’s almost as if I can no longer do it automatically.

T+1hour 39min My shoulder joints ache a bit but I’m not really bothered by that. My chest feels very heavy, as does the rest of my body. I’m also very relaxed but my mind feels a bit cloudy.

T+1hour 45min The film just finished and I felt inclined to listen to a particular song. I can sort of feel the depth in the track levels. Had a drink of water and the sensation of liquid flowing down my neck feels very odd. The headache is also back.

T+2hour There is currently a pulsing sensation running down my legs and along my toes, it's very relaxing

T+2hour 45min Listening to music is very pleasurable now. I also have a soft buzzing feeling around my body and slight stomach pain.

T+3hour 23min I can feel that the muscles in my face are quite tight for some reason. chewing gum would be really nice as my mouth is very dry too.

T+3hour 40min Very comfortable in any position I put my body into. I feel like I could sleep whenever I want.

T+4hour Effects seem to be lessening now, body feels a bit itchy

T+4hour 45min Feel very tired now but music is still feeling great to listen to and body is still a bit fuzzy

T+5hour Attempting to sleep now and feeling very comfortable apart from the itching

T+8hour Woke up after a couple hours sleep and still feeling the effects, my body is very itchy and itching my nose is very pleasurable. my mind still feels a bit cloudy

T+9hour Walking feels very strange for some reason, it’s as if my body feels very energetic but my head is tired. Scratching my nose is still bliss.
