I went to my local Persian market and bought a couple bags of the stuff and I went home. The next night I thought I wanted to try it. But never actually had the patience to go through the extraction process. I heard vendors of the stuff intentionally put chemicals on it to make it not fit for consumption so what I did was put a bunch in a cup of water and ran my ozone generator through it...

Don't really know if that did much. As I did not have any kitchen stuff and barely a cup and spoon and eager to do this, I ingested it in a different way then I've read anyone do. Basically I had a cup of water and Syrian rue that had been ozonized and I took a spoon full and put in my mouth and started chewing and only swallowing the liquid...

It was a very hard thing to do but as a borderline psychedelic junkie I endured it. I chewed and swallowed the liquid for a few minutes then the taste was so awful and spicy that I spit the stuff out... I had been sure I took a good amount of the active constituents. and after a few minutes took another spoon full and started doing the same thing but it only took a few seconds after taking the other spoon full for me to have a very intense vomiting reaction spitting all the seeds out and running to the bathroom to puke my guts out.

After puking I felt a lil better and a lil sedated and was thinking this stuff is nice and relaxing. I started watching some videos and realized that I was slowly coming to a hypertensive reaction. My heart was racing and my mind was too. It felt like I may have had a maoi interaction... but it was very intense so I lay down and it continued strong. My body was very sedated at the same time so it was really a unexplainable feeling. after a lil while I thought I would die! So I got up and my head was so heavy I was just getting spun. I somehow forced myself to take 3 aspirins because I thought my heart was gonna explode... I think that gave me the assurance that if I was having a heart attack it would get better. It was pretty bad and didn't get better soon but was also a trip. I turned the lights off and it got a lil better it was like a pseudo near death experience. Then I started thinking in a psychedelic way and almost felt better about the way I could analyze my personal issues on this stuff like I unlocked a part of my mind...

Woke up in the morning feeling pretty ok and a lil sedated. Overall it was good besides the initial scare... which was very real. Would definitely do again just not that way. Maybe I'll try grinding some up since puking is inevitable.
