20 mg oral Pharms - Citalopram (daily)
600 mg oral Pharms - Lithium (daily)
  2 bowls smoked Cannabis
BODY WEIGHT: 145 lb
The world is all plastic.

When I get high, it's like a ritual for me. I need to make sure everything is set and ready to go. Mary Jane is a beauty and I should treat her like she's special.

I am prescribed 20mg celexa and 600mg of lithium daily from my doctor for bipolar disorder.

I feel that weed really helps me control my mood and depression more than any medicine ever could. But that's for another time. It could be the combination of drugs I'm taking plus weed that makes me have such intense highs with something so not intense as weed.

Tuesday, I got back from a month long vacation. I didn't smoke once so my tolerance went down significantly. I packed my bong, set on the music, burned an incense and I was ready to go. I took a huge hit out of my bong. I instantly stated feeling a tingling feeling in my legs. I got excited that I was finally getting high again and my heart starting beating really fast. I took another hit. The neck is really long and clear and I can see the smoke going throughout it. I took a hit that might have lasted for a good 7 seconds (my bowl is really deep) just because the smoke mesmerized me. The pink Floyd in the background became more and more defined and I felt every note that came out of my speakers literally went through my body. With every note that spat out I started to feel a tingle in my body.

I closed my eyes. I started having the most intense CEVs. At first I started seeing lines and shapes that matched with the music. It was kind of like how on iTunes I can have a visualizer. At this time, I felt nothing but pure joy. I took three more hits that were shorter than the other two and with small amounts of smoke but closer together. My legs were in front of me and I was looking right at them but I could not really process what I was looking at.

I looked down at my bong and it was cashed. I quickly filled it up again. I smoked another half a bowl of my bong and I did not even realize what I was doing. It was like my physical self was totally disconnected from what's going on internally. It was as if my mind and soul travelled to a totally different level of conciousness and left my body behind. I started questioning everything. Am I actually real? Am I here right now? Who am I? Where has my mind gone to? What if my own self is a fathom of my own imagination in another life? Thoughts were racing through my head. I decided to turn off my music and just focusing on going to a more peaceful place.

When I closed my eyes I had such intense visuals that I did not know if my eyes where closed or open. I constantly tried to reassure myself that my mind is scared of being forgotten o it sends out panic signals through the body and that's why I was so anxious. After a while this feeling went away.

I decided that I needed fresh air. I stepped outside and the wind blew by me. It felt like something I've never felt before. Kinda like the wind literally went through me and I was air while the wind was a solid object. It was so strange. I stepped onto the grass and I swear it felt like I was stepping on whatever I imagined in my mind. I imagined myself stepping on marshmallows, somehow the grass felt like that. Everything looked 2-D. The trees and the landscape looked like something straight from a pop up book. I tried not to notice it because I was scared but then once I looked, I couldn't stop looking. I went to the pond by my house and the wart looked so fake and it felt like I was looking at a painting rather than real life. The leaves on the trees had a weird glisten to them. As if someone hand sprayed them all with water and molded them from plastic.

I went back inside and finished up my bowl. I felt so loopy and happy but I physically could not process my surroundings. Everything looked the same, but it felt that I was actually seeing reality as it really should be seen. As if my 'sober' reality was filtered. My friend walked in and as soon as I did I could physically feel his energy and aura. It was like everything about him was beautiful and I just wanted to talk to him. We talked for awhile before I fell asleep. When I woke up, I felt totally numb.
When I woke up, I felt totally numb.
Like I was in a coma-like sleep. I was very drowsy for a couple hours.

It was a great time but maybe I got a little higher than I wanted to. In the end, I felt happy and extremely hungry.
