I had done LSD, Psilocybe Cubensis, mescaline and MDMA, so I was looking for a new drug to try, after much research I went for DOM. I bought 2 5mg blotters off a very nice chap online, and me and my friend John Doe met up at 9AM in my local park. We had both taken the DOM an hour and a half prior to meeting up because we read that it was supposed to take 2 hours to start working. Around two and a half hours after I had taken it I started noticing the effects. I had a messed up sence of depth perception and everything had a special glow about it. The effects were far less apparent then those that I get with other psychadelic drugs, perhaps because it was a small dose, but nonetheless I was a bit dissapointed. We spent the day at that park, but come 8PM we went our seperate ways. I went home because I knew my parents were out for the night, and I was pretty sure I was sober enough to be on my own.

I was having a shower when the first negative effects kicked in. Nothing visual I just had a very strong sence that my life was crap, and that I should kill myslef. As someone who's fairly experienced with psychadelics, I was able to talk myself down to some extent, but the feelings remained. I delivered myself an ultermatem, if these thoughts didn't wear off by the time I went to bed I would snort the 80mg of MDMA I had hidden in my draw. Half an hour later I was ready for bed but the feelings were still there, so I did the MDMA, and out of my ten or so times using it, this was by far the best. It was two hours of sheer pandemonium, I watched varius TV shows in that time, of which I remember an episode of BBCs Robin Hood (the one with Jonas Armstrong), some Hatfilms GTA online, and some blackadder. Unfortunatley, the MDMA wore off in 2 hours, and I was back to DOM. The negativity had reduced significantly, but I was still less happy then I could've been. I sat through that entire night unable to sleep, just watching various youtube videos and being bored.

Morning came and I was still tripping, but to a lesser extent, enough to act sober in front of my parents, who were now home. I won't being doing DOM again, because I didn't enjoy tripping for the duration that I did, but it can't really be blamed for the negative effects, that was me being stupid enough to be on my own.
