400 - 500 mg IM Testosterone
I got into exercising and working out about 2 years ago. I heard about steroids but never decided to try them until I got more serious about my fitness. After doing countless hours of research, I decided to try an injectable steroid called Testosterone Cypionate. I was looking for more muscle mass, greater strength, and better cardio endurance. I took between 400mg and 500mg once a week.

The 1st week of it was boring, like nothing happened. The second week, I noticed more “pumps” and veins at the gym during workouts, and I weighed 3 or 4 more pounds than normal. My sex drive was amazing, very easily aroused by my girlfriend. My hunger for food also increased.

By the 4th week I noticed a good deal more muscle and even more “pump”. I had more strength and a general sense of well being with lots of energy. My sex drive was still very high. My bench press went up a good 15 or 20 pounds at least. People were telling me that I looked very good and muscular. My body weight was up 15 pounds of mostly muscle. This continued until I stopped at the 8 or 9 week mark which was recommended by most fellow users. The two weeks after stopping, I had less energy and my sex drive plummeted, and my weight was dropping. So I took an anti estrogen pill called Clomid every day for 4 weeks which helped me get back to feeling normal in about 2 or 3 weeks.

All in all, it was a great experience. It wasn’t psychoactive in any sense but it did increase athletic performance. I noticed a little bit more acne and oily skin than normal when using, and there was a minor “withdrawal” after stopping use but I didn’t experience any dependency or addiction. It was just my body trying to start producing its own testosterone again and I felt “under the weather” while off. I didn’t get angry or “roid rage”. My testicles didn’t shrink and I didn’t lose my hair. After everything, I was able to keep 7-10 pounds of muscle by being strict with my diet and training. I would feel safe using it again but I could see how some people might use it as a crutch. It is very effective but can be abused if used long enough or in too high of doses. Great muscularity and results can be achieved without it. Testosterone just speeds up the process significantly.

I now use it once or twice a year to help overcome fitness plateaus and it works great and is generally safe. But I wouldn’t recommend abusing as it can have long term consequences on your natural testosterone production.
