A friend and I decided to split a bag of dried amanitas between us, chasing the mushies with pieces of chocolate. I'm naturally a pretty reserved and shy person and had a massive crush on this guy so the initial anxiety I had was probably a catalyst for the trip I was about to experience.

He suggested we watch a movie and I wasn't getting into it at all so I chopped up some weed hoping to feel a bit less agitated. It worked for a few minutes until I started getting crazy muscle spasms in my legs and couldn't sit still. For the next half hour or so I alternated between falling asleep and being awake with these muscle spasms. I couldn't structure a coherent thought either, all I could think about was my twitching legs. Then I received a text message from some other friends asking if they could come over, over which I became paranoid that the guy I was with was sending help because I was freaking him out.

Turns out that he didn't ask anyone to rescue him and it was just a coincidence that my other friends wanted to hang that same night. I replied a simple 'ok' even though at the time I didn't want any extra company. When they arrived I was properly tripping and had no verbal filter! I started being sarcastic and rude to everyone and spontaneously ran out of the house, down the street a few times for unknown reasons. When my friends came outside to retrieve me, I thought they were all government spies and were monitoring my behaviour for some secret project so I played silly games like going to the toilet and screaming or ignoring questions and just sitting down on the ground when everyone was standing up. I said some weird/mocking things which I feel bad for now and then I got a knife and made a few small painless slashes at my arm which I was astonished to see the next morning.

Also just before I went to bed I stood in front of a mirror and totally transcended time and space for which felt like hours. I felt very euphoric and travelled out of my body and became a light particle travelling really fast through a wide spectrum of colours and scenario's where I began prophesizing and visualising alternate realities and parallell universes in which humans were vampires, or robots etc. I remember acknowledging that the colour green was of particular importance, but relating to what? I don't know. Also I was categorising people I know into 'levels' that were the four elements. I was water. Others who found themselves in earth, I found it surprising and laughed at their inferiority. Strange stuff.

After this I fell into a deep dream-less sleep, waking up the next morning depressed and apolgetic but also like I just returned from a magical journey, glad and surprised I remembered almost everything that happened.
