I ordered some 400µg 25C NBOMe and 700µg 25I NBOMe. Got a normal sized tab perforated into 4 sections. I don't know what part of it is supposed to be 1 dose, so i started with a quarter of the tab. Placed under the tongue as these are not active orally. The taste is very metallic and bitter, and it's making me salivate a lot. I try not to swallow the spit but it just keeps coming. I'm nervous but trying to remain calm. Now setting up a playlist of skrillex, pegboard nerds, infected mushroom, she, glitch mob, virtual riot, and some classic rock.

Setting: My living room, a comfortable place. In my favorite chair with a laptop and music.
Mindset: Looking for some answers to questions I've been struggling with lately. I won't go into details, but I'm trying to figure out what I really want (and need) to do with my life. A little nervous as I've never tried any psychedelic before, aside from morning glory seeds.

T+0 = 1:50 pm. Placed the tab under tongue and started the music.

T+ 0:10 Getting spaced out and willing to let the drug and my mind take me where they will. My tongue feels a little numb, especially the bottom where the tab is. My entire mouth tastes metallic and bitter now, and feels slightly numb.

T+0:20 I feel a little different but nothing psychedelic, no visuals or audio distortion. I'm starting to think I should have taken the whole thing. I'll wait 10 minutes and then take 2 more quarters, as from what I read I should have started coming up by now.

T+0:30 After reading more on 25I I realize that it may take an hour or two to come up, so I'll wait to take the other parts. Feels like a low dose of DXM, I'm a little separated from my surroundings. Pause the music and start watching whatever comes to mind on youtube.

T+0:40 Took a piss and looked in the mirror to see if my pupils were dilated or constricted, and when I saw myself I thought 'Jesus christ I look weird'. My eyes seemed more distant and it felt like I was looking at someone I've never seen before, even though it was still my own face.

T+ 1 hour No CEV's. I really think one dose was the whole thing, but then why was it divided? Spat out the first quarter and placed a second one under my tongue. Things are moving and shifting, ever so slowly, and I'm seeing slight tracers. Feeling pretty good, not in a sensible way but in a trippy way, the same way I'd feel under morning glory seeds but much less painful physically. I want to drink my coffee but have to avoid swallowing for a while. Let's play some video games to see how that works.

T+ 1:40 Video games were interesting but seemed pointless. I didn't even realize 40 minutes had passed. Let's move this along... taking another quarter sublingual. It's getting easier to hold the tabs under my tongue and not swallow. Everything's getting brighter.

T+ 2:00 I feel quite euphoric and utterly spaced. Where in fuck's name did I put that other quarter? I swear it was right here in my pocket... I have to find that little bag with one little tab in it before someone else does... Christ, I must be coming up. I feel like I'm in a dream. Light OEV's and slightly stronger tracers. I'm starting to see yellow and green and pink lines all over the screen. Colors are shifting. Visuals aren't that strong but everything else is!

T+ 3:45 I found that other tab (and took it the same way as the others). Look at all this shit, it's awesome. I literally cannot keep a smile off my face. Everywhere I look there's patterns and colors coming out of nowhere. I was staring at the carpet a while ago, it was moving and changing colors, like some 8-bit video game.

T+ ~ 5:00 I went to lay down in the dark, and it was really cool. There were a ton of red and green and blue lasers pointing everywhere, bright little dots moving around creating patterns and images right in front of my face. Then I started playing video games and listening to my playlist. I really got into the music. I didn't remember what the song was called, but I had this feeling like whatever song I was listening to at the time was incredibly important. So I minimized the video game (I was playing on my laptop) and looked at the media player. Just a normal Virtual Riot song that I never really listen to when I'm sober. It was then that I had a rush, it was like this feeling of being SO excited and happy I could barely breathe. It only lasted a second or two, and then I had a revelation of sorts as I switched back to the video game: 'Words don't matter. What I see and hear does'. And at the time, words didn't really make sense which is why I had to finish writing this report the next day.

T+ 7:10 Coming down. Funny looking at my eye in the mirror, when I turn off the light my pupils are huge, when I turn the light back on the pupil goes to how it would normally be in the dark.

Overall this was an interesting experience and definitely something I will try again sometime. After I came down I felt 'empty', very bored and wishing I could just go to sleep. As for insight into my life, there was none. I could loosely compare the trip to morning glory seeds, with much stronger visuals and much less pain (vasoconstriction). I'll try LSD sometime to see how it compares.
