I'm 19 years old and have been using drugs since I was 14, I'm currently on klonopin for my anxiety (2, 0.5mg tablets,) 10 mg abilify for depression, and 250mg azithromycin for a recent lung infection. I just got prescribed fentanyl 25 micrograms per hour patches, I've used 2 patches on my skin so far, I just took the second one off as they are not helping with my chronic pain. Chronic pain is from degenerative disk disease, scoliosis, ruptured disk between L7 and S1, multiple compressed and multiple bulged disks, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and fused vertebrae in my neck. I'm in pain everyday, all day. So, of course, my favorite type of drug is opiates. As I type this I am smoking some fentanyl from my patches I recently got. This experience report is about this experience smoking fentanyl.

My first hit of it was just a small piece of the patch, I put it on the foil and grabbed a cut straw to inhale the smoke/vapors. My first hit made me almost pass out, I exhale before I can pass out though as I don’t want to fall and injure myself. After exhaling a wave of warmth, euphoria, and pain relief (FINALLY!!!) rushing from my head down throughout my body. I feel great, I decide to begin writing this report at that point.

Now I am smoking the second piece of fentanyl, I still feel good from the first hit plus my klonopin makes sedation increased, it is just a less intense version of the first hit. Maybe because I got less smoke/vapor, or its cause the first hit always has the best rush. Either way, I feel great, I'm so happy to not be in pain even if it's only for a few minutes. Another hit, ahhhhh that feels good. I just want to take hit after hit. I love it compared to wearing it, but you can't smoke it legally so I need another pain med for my chronic pain.

Tomorrow I go to try and get morphine pills instead because I don’t like how the fentanyl patches are, they make me sleep a lot and don’t take the pain away around the clock, usually only when I wake up after the first 24 hrs of wearing the patch. I need a better pain med. I went from perc 5/325's to the fentanyl so I figured it would work great but I guess drugs do affect everyone differently so hopefully I get some luck with the morphine if I get it. I don’t recommend smoking this drug as it is very strong and easy to overdose so please be safe out there.
