The effect was mild, but definitely not placebo. I felt relaxed and slightly euphoric immediately following the first few puffs and the effect lingered for about 10 minutes after the last puff. I also did not experience any increase in libido despite Damiana's reputation.
No other substances were taken with the Damiana.
