DOSE:
  oral Ethylphenidate (powder / crystals)
BODY WEIGHT: 210 lb
I've never experimented with RCs before this. I was referred to a known and trusted source. I originally wanted to get 4-FA, but my only options were 2-FA and Ethylphenidate. The 2-FA was sold out, so I decided to go with Ethylphenidate.

There wasn't a lot of information on this substance out there. It is related to Ritalin (Methylphenidate), and that it is a reportedly clean stimulant compared to amphetamines.

My original plan was to dilute a gram into a nasal spray. Things didn't quite work out, however, so I decided I would just eat the crystal raw. I did not have a miligram scale. I read that a small amount - 10-25mgs - was needed to produce minimal effects.

I licked my index finger and retrieved a few crystals. I licked the product and swallowed. It's a nasty, bitter taste. The tip of my tongue is numbed. About ten minutes later I feel uplifted and a little anxious.

The effects peaked after about thirty minutes. I could feel a small rushing energy coursing through my body. It is a light euphoria, more similar to cocaine than amphetamines. I am able to concentrate better, but it is not as effective as dextro-amphetamine.

Unlike amphetamines, there is no jaw tension. My appetite is reduced but I can still eat a full meal comfortably. Writing is easy. I can move a little faster and get things done a little quicker. I take my dog out for a walk, but I run out of breath much quickly than usual. Physical activity sucks.

I feel the effects for about two and a half hours, and I feel the buzz tapering off. After the three hour mark, I begin to feel a crash.
After the three hour mark, I begin to feel a crash.

Four hours and I am completely down. I feel slightly irritable. My hands and feet are very cold. I can't concentrate worth a shit. I have my browser open with three tabs, and I'm jumping in between each one rapidly. I can't focus on a task for more than four minutes.

I am having trouble sleeping eight hours later. My chest is tight, I am anxious, and I am restless. After drinking two cups of chamomile tea, I no longer feel the crashing effects.

Overall, I did not like this chemical. It was not worth experiencing two hours of euphoria just to crash for six hours.
