DOSE:
750 mg oral Pharms - Quetiapine (daily)
    smoked Cannabis (daily)
    smoked Cannabis (extract)
BODY WEIGHT: 223 lb
I personally have been taking 750 milligrams of seroquel now for the last 3 years now. And have restarted regularly smoking cannabis again (16th gram daily) with absolutely no ill side affect whatsoever.

It is a different story however if I smoke the substance called wax however. Given the higher THC levels it gives me a severe migraine when I mix it with the seroquel.
