Introduction/Caution:

This substance is a strong opioid and should be treated with the proper respect. It has been said it is 7.5x more potent than morphine, so a dose of as little as 25 or 30 mg could hypothetically be lethal to an opiate-sensitive person.

Given the high potency of this compound, I STRONGLY recommend you use volumetric dosing and do not attempt to weigh this compound on a cheap jewelry scale or eyeball it.

I can’t stress how important it is to avoid eyeballing it - I made this mistake by weighing out 20 mg on a “milligram-accuracy” jewelry scale, and eyeballed 4 equally sized lines. I sniffed 5 mg and started to nod within 15 minutes.

This night was just one experience with this compound, which I have thoroughly and cautiously explored.
This night was just one experience with this compound, which I have thoroughly and cautiously explored.
I have done many substances before. All the common ones (cannabis, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, cocaine, DXM) as well as many obscure novel research chemicals, such as 4-AcO-DET, 5-MeO-DALT, 5-MAPB and 3-MeO-PCP to name a few.

Set: I have just finished several major assignments and handed them in, doing well in school, minimal stress and very happy with my life in general. Went to the gym and had a good breakfast. No other drugs consumed besides caffeine today.

Setting: My dorm room. Doing this with a friend, “A.” He and I have (rarely) done opioids together.

The Experience:

5:30 (T + 0:00) I finish class and plug 10 mg. Intrarectal administration is, as always, slightly uncomfortable. However, this is rewarded within five minutes by a very pleasant opiate glow. My friend, A., hasn’t arrived yet.

5:50 (T + 0:20) I have a 44 ml nasal sprayer that sprays 0.25 ml squirts. I have dissolved 176 mg of U-47700 in saline in the bottle, which figures out to 1 mg/.25ml spray. I ingest 6 mg intranasally through this method over a span of maybe 30 minutes. It kicks in slowly, but I feel fantastic euphoria and happiness.

A. texts me and tells me he won’t arrive until 9:00. I am disappointed, but decide I won’t take anymore U-4 until he arrives (a test in self control - I make sure I am always able to remain non-addicted).

7:30 (T + 2:00) The U-4 has entirely worn off now. I smoke a tiny bit of weed to take off the edge (and the itch was still bothering me, but all pain relief/psychological effects had worn off), maybe ½ of a small bowl, about .1 grams.

9:20 (T+ 3:50) A. finally arrives. I take 12 mg intranasally. A. takes 8 mg intranasally. Within 10 minutes, we both feel an excellent warmth. A. describes it as being similar to a benzodiazepine, but more “clear-headed and relaxed.” I can relate it to other opioids, oxycodone, kratom, hydrocodone, etc., but I think it feels the same as those. As the radiant glow of euphoria washes over me, I roll off the bed and crawl down to the floor. I lay on the ground for five minutes or so, nodding off into a dreamy twilight between sleep and waking.

9:35 (T + 4:05) After getting it together and managing to stand up, I take an additional 3 mg. A. takes an additional 4 mg. We head out to go smoke some weed, but A. is feeling abnormally social so it takes a while to get out the door. He’s usually very introverted and quiet, but he is talkative and energetic from the U-4. Once outside, we have a small bowl each, about 0.20 grams.

We walk around for some time, smoking slowly. We pause to take a few puffs, get irritated with the wind (the laziness we both had from the U-4 was unreal), and give up for a while. We get food and go back to the dorms.

11:20 (T + 5:50) I take 12 mg, A. takes 10. I feel it strongly, but A. complains he hardly feels it. I offer him more, but he declines. As it slowly overtakes me, I lie back in a chair with cool jazz in the background and enjoy life. I feel calm and peaceful.

11:45 (T + 6:15) I take an additional 4 mg.

12:00 (T + 6:30) A. takes an additional 4 mg.

12:06 (T + 6:36) Time is extremely dilated. I don’t know if this is the lingering effects of the cannabis, but it certainly seems to be going quite a bit slower than it does when I smoke. The last six minutes felt like 20 minutes.

12:25 (T + 6:55) A. says he feels itchy and heavy, but is still feeling minimal effects. I think he may have just gotten used to the feeling.

2:00 (T + 8:30) I take 17 mg intrarectally. I can only stay awake for 20 minutes, and nod off by 2:30. I fall into a deep and pleasant sleep.

11:15 (T+18:15) I wake up and feel no effects. There is an urge to do more, but I resist it.

Retrospect: This lasts 1-2 hours per dose. Intrarectal seems to last longer (closer to 2 hours) than intranasal (closer to 1 hour). There is a very compulsive urge to redose, so I would set limits for yourself before doing this one. As with all opioids, this is addictive as hell and should not be used by anybody who has a history of addiction.
