DOSE:
60 mg oral Pharms - Temazepam (pill / tablet)
BODY WEIGHT: 175 lb
I was recently prescribed a decent dose of steroids to take everyday to combat a chronic disease, and my doctor also gave me a prescription for temazepam in order to help me sleep, as the steroid could cause insomnia.

This morning I woke up and after a while took two 30mg capsules just before going to the mall with my family. I have had one other experience getting “high” with this drug, and another higher dose knocked me out completely, so 60mg was a safe dose to take (at least for me) and not worry about passing out. What follows are my exact notes that I took during the “trip” and what is in parenthesis is all after thought.

T+00:00 take 60mg about 30 minutes after eating a bowl of cereal (I mention this because often times what you eat and how full your stomach is makes a difference)
T+00:45 groggy feeling, relaxed, almost a little like alcohol buzz without warm body sensation. Light headed like onset of other benzos I’ve tried. (I actually started to notice a change about 25-30 minutes in, but 45 minutes was where I could say I started feeling good)
T+00:52 eyes feel puffy as if I didn’t sleep last night or slightly stoned, difficult to summon energy/effort.
T+01:00 movement and thoughts feel sluggish, nice relaxing vibes
T+01:26 effects are increasing to a pleasurable amount. (the effects have been pleasurable since T+00:45 but they steadily climbed)
T+01:33 motor functions even slow since I got out of the car and started walking.
T+01:45 conversations feel natural and flowing, but I’m worried I might sound a bit slurred in my words
T+01:58 off balance and feeling more stoney
(a long break happened here because I could not remember to take notes)
T+03:18 peak has passed, feeling sleep deprived and loopy

After around T+02:45, effects slowly wore off and I was left a bit sleepy but otherwise in a great mood. Memory is a huge issue for me when it comes to this drug, because after the trip wears off, I can remember some of what happened, but other things that people tell me I did or happened, I have no memory of whatsoever

. I told my family about the same dream probably around 5 or 6 times throughout the day, and even to this point I have no recollection of eating lunch at all, but my family says we ate at chilli’s. They were unaware of my partaking in this activity today.

If you get one thing from this, let it be that you should be EXTREMELY careful about everything when using this recreationally, because you will most likely have empty timespans in your memory. I will most likely try this again, but not likely to be while I am doing things. It seems to me to be more of a “I have all day to do absolutely nothing” type of drug.
