I am a psychostimulant- and caffeine-naive individual. I am very fit and swim 2km per day.
On my day off I did some gardening, went swimming, had lunch and then took a nap in the afternoon.
Did not have any perceptible psychoactive effect and honestly didn't notice any effects at all.
I have no reason to take it again.
