Me and my friend N had gotten our hands upon some LSD that we had bought from the online black market, we were stoked to try it out and decided that Friday night after school was the perfect time to do so.
We met up at his apartment at around 2 o'clock and we were preparing ourselves for ingesting it, we were both uncertain about the dosage of LSD that were in the blotters and wanted them to last at least until midnight so we waited for some time until we took them just to be sure.
The clock was about 3 when we put the small blotter in our mouths, me being a somewhat anxious person tried to see if there was any taste to it having read that it should be without any taste, which to my relief it was and kept it in and tried to relax myself.
We sat in his couch speaking for a while, maybe forty minutes or so had passed and neither one of us were yet to feel any of the effects, I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water and passed a mirror hanging in the hallway when I spotted that my pupils were fairly dilated. Shortly after this point I started to feel a slight sensation of happiness and tingling in my body.
We decided to put on some chill music and I could not help myself to not dance. The colours of things were brightened and everything looked spectacular. Slight distortions were also coming on such as the icons on my phone were kind of bouncing and stretching and my depth perception started to give way. We talked about anything under sun and after a while thought that we should call up a friend that lives nearby, he proceeded to invite us over and we went on our way.
The nature outside was absolutely stunning, the late spring colours shone bright and everything seemed a bit mythical. Me and N were both laughing at the strange conversations we were having about what we saw. The walk only took roughly 5 minutes before reaching our destination and we were greeted by our friend S. He instantly noted the size of our pupils and laughed.
We sat down in his couch and spoke when I noticed that my speech was kind of slurred and I had moments of zoning out in the middle of sentences. It got really frequent to the point where I zoned maybe 3 times every 10 seconds. The visuals had become incredible where everything looked like it was melting. His dimly lit room was brightened when my friend pulled open the drapes blocking out the sun, seeing the clouds and the blue sky was really harmonic.

We sat there in S couch and conversed for about an hour before deciding to go back home to N's apartment when S said his parents were coming to visit shortly, we stood ourselves up and it felt almost as if I was flying. Tying my shoes was probably one of the hardest things I have done which took about 5 minutes to do, once done we grabbed our stuff and left for N's apartment once more.
During the walk back we saw a couple of cyclists passing by in the distance and the messed up depth perception made them appear as if they were really close but small rather than far away, almost like some type of small bike toy. I told my friend this and he laughed and agreed on this.
Once we got back we both were kind of tired came and I decided to lay down on his bed that he had placed in his living room. We put on some Pink Floyd and relaxed. This is the point were things went a bit downhill. After laying there for what seemed to be hours listening to music with my eyes closed the CEVs became overwhelming and scarily realistic. Out of nowhere a face made up of red fractals showed up and screamed at me, with an almost hissing sound. I flung my body up and looked around the room, my friend was still laying down on the couch chilling. I grew more and more anxious as time went on and decided to go on an app called tripsit on my phone.
I was on there for a long time, every time I went off my phone I instantly started to get a feeling of dread, this only increased the frightening hallucinations and thoughts and I was now hearing noises of crying and far away screams coming from the other room.
This instantly made me think that I had somehow triggered a psychosis in my brain, thinking that I would never return to normal. I did not notify my friend as he seemed to be having a good time and not wanting to ruin it. From this point forward I was on my phone for maybe two hours only to once in a while exchange a few words with my friend. I told him that I felt tired and should return home to which he responded that he would walk with me for a bit on my way home.
During this time I started to feel tension in my stomach muscles, me being a hypochondriac started thinking things like that I had burst my stomach muscles or that I was having a stroke. I kept poking right below my left ribs where the stomach is located and it felt as if it was just empty space, I was close to having a panic attack and my face started to numb. I still didn't want to burden my friend and after a bit of this we went our separate ways.
The rest of the walk home is roughly 4 km and the whole way I was trying to focus on surviving. I tried calming myself down by playing metal music which was an exceptionally bad idea as the kind of angry music only made the feelings of dread worse.
I made it back home to my grandpas apartment where I was living during school, I went in to greet him and then returned to my room. I kept on poking around my stomach and not daring to go asleep due to the previous scary hallucinations. I put on most of the lamps in the room and used my phone in bed until 8 hours later were I passed out asleep die to exhaustion.
The next day I was feeling mostly fine was but was still paranoid about the cramps I'd had the day previous but that went away after a few days.
I am almost 100 % certain that the trip went the way it did due to untreated problems I had with anxiety as I have experienced similar things on mushrooms for example.
In retrospect I would definitely try this substance again but preferably in a smaller dose as this was way too overwhelming.
I have since tried similar psychadelics such as 2-cb that is in my opinion way easier to handle.
