Nutmeg Trip Report


I bought a pack of 6 nutmeg nuts for the price of 2$ at a local 'All Natural/Organic' store. I took 6 nutmeg nuts (30 grams), grinded and chug them with water within 15 minutes, on a empty stomach (I only ate an apple, but that was 2 hours before), the taste was not as bad as I was expecting (I actually liked it).

00:30 Minor buzz from ingesting the nutmeg (not an effect).

03:00 No effects yet.

05:00 Dry mouth due to dehydration (Start drinking a lot of water), Slight feeling of euphoria and happiness.

06:00 Slight loss of concentration/ patience, bloodshot eyes and cotton dry mouth.

08:00 Some minor visuals (Not hallucinating), slower perception of time.

10:00 Mild to high hallucinations, very hard to concentrate (I'm struggling to write this) and I was listening to Binaural Beats.(I heard that they are a good stimulant for your brain while being high).

Hallucinating Report: I saw shadows of random things and animals (Spiders and all sorts of bugs), but only in the dark. When I closed my eyes I can see rainbow like spheres and circles, but faint.

(Personal Experience)
This was kinda scary. When I looked out the window (it's night at this point), I saw some kind of buildings/structures that were not supposed to be there. Then I looked down at the high school's football field and saw squads of people holding guns in their hands. They all looked and moved the same it was like a military parade, until they start losing formation, the creepiest thing is that I can 'Zoom In' and see those soldiers talking to each other. Then about 4 or 5 squads stopped and I saw how one person form each squad, probably the captains, they gathered up and started talking. After a short while one of the captains pointed a finger at me and all the troops were alerted and ready to fire. My mind said 'Sh*t, they are going to fire at me!'. I looked away from the window only to see a ghost like shape of a being (not human) that mimicked my movements (I played with it for a while). I wasn't scared at this point because I realised that I was hallucinating really hard.

11:00 Peak effects achieved, visual shifts and a bit sedated. I also got the feeling that some objects are not stable. (It's very hard to explain, You have to experience it).

12:00 Very sedated, the effects start to fade away, I'm going to sleep.

24:00 Yes, I slept 12 hours, but I'm still tired. By now all the hallucinogenic effects are gone.

30:00 No more bloodshot eyes.

36:00 Still there are some mild effects left, like tiredness/sedation and loss of concentration.

48:00 No noticeable effects.

Personal Opinion:
I liked it, the taste was not that bad, intense hallucinations and I didn't experienced any kind of pain during the high, but the down side is that it takes so long to kick in. I hope this helps!
