Back in 2000 I was working at fry's electronics in sunnyvale ca. One day I brought home the video game sanitarium. It was a friday night I smoke half a joint of pcp and decided to play it.

The pcp creeped on me really fast. From the second I started playing the game in the tower cells I knew this was going to be a long night. I was instantly drawn into the game. By the time I got to the circus of fools the game had me twacked out of my head. I could not tell the difference between the game and reality. My high started to come down a little. I turned the computer off. Closed my eyes trying to sleep. It was then I found my self back inside the game stuck there in the carnival. Trying to get out. Knowing I would die there in the carnival tonite if I could not escape.

I woke up smoke another joint of pcp then began to play the game again. By this time I was playing it as in real life everything was very vivid. The hive was something else but the lost village and the aztec shit took me to my roots. It was then I smoke some more. By the time I finished the game I realized it had been 76 hours that had passed.

My mental state was never quit the same for months. Every time I closed my eyes I would have lucid psychotic dreams about that strange game. Very good experience it was da shit.
