First Trip With 2C-T-7

This is a recount of an experience I had several years ago with 2c-t-7. Until now I hadn't really heard of anyone else trying this and having a similar experience.

So I went to a friend's house and they gave me what they said was the appropriate dose. It was an orange powder just big enough to do a key bump. Burned like hell when I snorted it. We smoked a bowl and then it kinda hit me that I need to get home before this stuff takes effect. Luckily I lived close by. Timing couldn't have been any closer.

As soon as I opened the door to my apartment me and my friend who took it had to vomit and the visuals immediately followed. The next 30 mins to an hour was the worst and only bad part. We were both curled up on the couch unable to speak or look at each other or speak to my roommates. I was pretty convinced what I put in my body was a powerful chemical that would damage my brain and at the end of the trip I had felt like I injured my mind in a chemical way.

Eventually I regained my ability to speak and do more than hold myself and shiver.
Eventually I regained my ability to speak and do more than hold myself and shiver.
My roommate set me up in front of her laptop and put on some electronic music. This set off the most intense visuals I have ever seen. Every piece of fabric in the carpet was lit up like its own fiber optic led light changing colors. The wave of color emanated from the laptop keyboard. I couldn't even see the screen. It washed out in gradually bigger waves as the beat built up. And when the beat dropped the entire room fell into the laptop and exploded in a new form full of color. I was so overwhelmed I screamed and ran back to the couch laughing.

At about an hour and a half into the trip time really began to dilate. My friend and I thought my roommate had been gone to the store for hours and abandoned us when she hadn't even left yet. Once we realized just how screwed we were we retreated to my room to enjoy the visuals and lights of my stereo. It had a set of lights that lit up in sync with the bass. So we turned out the lights for that but I couldn't even turn on my computer monitor for music. Luckily I prepared beforehand and accidentally stepping on my keyboard was all it took to make robots outro by ppk start playing. Very trippy and spacey on its own. Spent the first half of the trip sitting or curled up on the floor. Eventually we became more comfortable and started enjoying the different textures and visuals of my room and walked around. There was no such thing as a right angle. All the corners were bending.

About 6 hours into the trip my friend became a bit distant staying on the other side of the room. We had just crossed over the peak and I was coming down when her friend showed up to pick her up. I later discovered it's because my friend didn't think I was real. She also regretted it because then we found ourselves at our own separate apartments and the come down was still equal to peaking on 2 hits of acid. What I thought was very interesting was that once we were both alone at our own apartments we both did the same thing. I sat down and started writing every thought that came into my mind in big scribble on individual sheets of paper. I would write 'where is my phone' in big writing that took up the entire page, then rip it out, toss it over my shoulder, and write the next 4 word thought.

I watched the sun rise in deafening silence. Pandora had hit the point where it needed me to click 'yes I'm still listening' and I just couldn't figure it out. I felt altered kind of in a bad way. Like I had made a permanent chemical change in my brain but didn't know in what way. I wondered if I was going to be like this forever.

12 hours in, visuals were still strong. I sat on the concrete outside my door to watch the grass grow and a leaf blow around. I felt the earth. Like I felt the whole world was alive breathing and I was with it and everything would be ok. I could see the world breath. The sun dimmed and brightened with my own breath. It was surreal. My roommate put the icing on the cake when she came out with coffee and a cigarette for me. And we joked for a while outside. There are so many more details I've missed.

The head and body high was kind of unbearable but the visuals were so spectacular. I'll still never do it again but this was my first trip and I went on to enjoy other things go like it.
