This was one of the most euphoric experiences I have ever had. I had little experience with opiate-like substances before this. I had tried kratom one other time with little to no effect. So I decided I would give it one last shot before I completely gave up on the substance.

Spring was close and the weather was starting to get gorgeous. So one sunny weekend I bought 50 capsules of 'Green Dragon malaysian' (.5g per capsule) and went on a drive up an Oregon logging road into the green mountains. When I reached my destination, I took 15 capsules so that I was sure to feel it this time. I left my vehicle and started to walk down the mountain side into the logging clearing. It led to a quiet dark green forest. I walked deeper into the woods and took 5 more capsules.

A few minutes later it hit me, HARD. I was struck with euphoria. My eyes felt extremely relaxed and heavy. And my body felt tingly and slightly numb It reminded me of a weed brownie. I continued walking and was thinking, Kratom is incredible! I drew near to a creek and sat down to take it all in. While sitting down I tried to meditate but I had a hard time focusing, I was REALLY buzzed off this stuff. My whole reality was a euphoric soft glow. After 15 minutes I started walking up a steep incline. By the time I had reached the top of the incline my high was beginning to wane. But It was still extremely pleasant. I noticed I had a lot of energy and hiking was much easier. I meandered through the woods enjoying every moment of it. The duration of the euphoric onset lasted roughly 1 hour. As the euphoria waned it turned into a relaxing contentment for the next 2 hours. This was The best experience I have had with kratom. I am writing this 2 years later to the day and I still remember every detail of it because it was so memorable.

To this day I am an avid kratom user, and I have not reached the level of euphoria I had experienced then. Maybe it was because It was my first time. I tend to use indo strains now because they are easier to find for me. After 2 years I am going to find a malaysian strain and try to create a new beautiful moment!
