I am a 21 year old student living away from home in a small university city in Wales, UK. At this point, I had already used multiple drugs (weed, coke, MDMA, the usual party drug stuff) but never any hallucinogenics. The idea started when my friend, who we'll call Steve, had recently returned from being at home and had got hold of some LSD off of his brother who owed him money. Steve invited me to take some with him and our friend, who we'll call Peter. Both of them had done LSD before. Steve and Peter lived together, so, I went to their house and was greeted by Steve holding a tupperware box which conspicuously said 'ACID' on the top. Inside the box was 4 tabs, 2 of them black, 2 of them yellow. Steve told me that the black ones were stronger than the yellow ones, and because they'd both done it before and I hadn't we decided it was best if they take the black ones and I had one of the yellow ones.
The Experience:
T + 00:00 (can't remember the exact time, I'd guess around 8pm) Straight off the bat I was visibly nervous at what I was about to do. I struggled with actually taking the damn thing as it kept falling off my tongue. Peter recommended that I hold it under my tongue, and that it had a greater effect if I do. We all held the tabs in our mouth for around 10 minutes. I visit their house a lot, we usually sit in their attic and smoke a joint whilst playing Xbox, but we didn't want to 'waste' the experience so we just sat around in the living room smoking cigarettes and talking for a while. No immediate effects other than a funny tasting mouth.
T + 01:00 At this point we've all been noticing the tabs taking effect. The first sign was that all 3 of us lost our ability to roll a cigarette, which was a problem because the LSD made me want to chain smoke. I probably spent at least half the time I was up trying to roll a damn cigarette. The next sign was that all 3 of us kept on forgetting what we were talking about half way through a conversation. This gradually got worse to the point where we'd say about 4 words of a sentence and forget what we were going to say. I still felt good though, we all just found the situation funny. I began to feel slightly lightheaded at this point, and at one point I felt like the effects were similar to MDMA.
T + 01:30 Peter suggests we go for a walk, and due to the lack of a conversation that consisted of more than 'I forgot what I was going to say', we both agreed. The city we live is right on the sea front, so we decided to take a walk down to the pier. Strangely, I felt jelly legged yet I had absolutely no problem walking, and I was sweating my titties off so the breeze felt amazing.
T + 01:40 Around half way to the pier, I notice two middle aged women walking towards us and I begin to freak out. I'm not sure why, but I ended up just giggling like a school child when they passed. I also recall all 3 of us thinking that the journey took a lot longer than it did. Streetlights and signs start leaving light trails behind them when I look at them. Still feeling good.
T + 01:50 We arrive at the pier, and are very underwhelmed when we remember that the pier closes at night, and it is pitch black so we can't see shit. Still, we decided to stay for a little while. This is the point where we all realise just how fucked up we are. I start to stare into horizon and notice in the corner of my eye I can see a man on a bicycle staring at me, but when I looked at him, he was gone. I look back at the ocean, and he's there again. I was fully aware that I was hallucinating, and I found it more interesting than anything. I had experienced mild hallucinations from MDMA comedowns before (thinking chairs in my peripheral vision had people sat at them until I look over, thinking I'm surrounded by tents when I get home from a festival, the sort of shit that I instantly know I'm hallucinating) but this was much more vivid.
We spent a good 20 minutes just reflecting and attempting to talk (still couldn't really) before my housemate Bob called me. It was a Saturday night and my housemates were going drinking that night and wanted to see if I'd come along. I explained the situation and Bob told me he had some MDMA he would use if I came along. Still feeling very positive, I thought it would be a good idea, but Steve and Peter didn't want to go. They both headed home and I headed to my house. Car lights start hurting my eyes and leave very large light trails on the way home, and I numerous times I start laughing out loud simply at how fucked up I was. My motor skills were visibly poor at this point. I wasn't really struggling to walk, I just felt the need to walk slowly.
T + 02:20 I arrive back home, by this point balls deep in my trip. First thing I do is check my dinner plates in the bathroom mirror. Then, I walk into the living room and am instantly overwhelmed. I lived with 4 other guys, 3 of them heavily drunk and blasting out music through a gigantic speaker we have in there, and Bob and his girlfriend were already fucked up on mandy. I sat down quietly and instantly regretted not sticking with Steve and Peter. Eventually, I decided that the drunken shouting and loud music is too much and manage to convince everyone there to go to the bar now (not realizing that it would be far worse at the bar). I am starting to feel much less social now and starting to lose my composure.
T + 02:30 Peter and Steve's house is on the way to the bar, and as we walk past I decide that going to the bar was a bad idea. I walk into their house to find them sitting in complete darkness playing with an LED torch. I proceed to blow their minds by spinning the torch on my finger (it was on a keychain) and shining the torch against the ceiling under a glass of water. We spent hours in this room staring at the patterns and listening to music. At one point when we managed to muster up a conversation, I remember trying to justify my lack of speaking ability as feeling like I 'had 7 different brains all talking to each other at once, and what came out of my mouth was the end result'. This part was by far the highlight of the experience.

T ~05:00 I start to come down at this point, so I roll a joint (I should clarify that all 3 of us smoke on a daily basis). Steve and Peter are still peaking but they smoke with me. We decide to move into the attic and watch videos. After a few joints I realize that I just feel high on weed now, and I had no trouble falling asleep shortly after. Woke up the next day feeling fine, although I never get much of a comedown if I sleep for enough time.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with LSD.
