11:00 PM - Took 190mg Diphenhydramine (DPH). Dose was taken via 5x 38mg caplets.

11:31 PM - Not feeling anything, took another two, total dose now at 228mg.

11:57 PM - Still nothing. Took two more, total dose is now at 304mg.

12:07 AM - I think I'm starting to feel it now. Body feels warm and sedate. Not feeling too much though.

12:09 AM - Popped another. Total's at 342mg.

1:03 AM - I think what I felt before might have been placebo. It's really hard to stay awake and I'm not really feeling anything.

1:04 AM - Ok, now I'm feeling something. I got up to pee and breathing is a little weird. Feel slightly dizzy. Walking is difficult, hard to stay balanced on two legs. I upped my total dosage to 380mg because fuck it.

1:24 AM - Popped more, total is now at 456mg

1:46 AM - Pretty intense body high. Body feels tingly and slightly uncomfortable when I move. Feel it the most in my pectoral and quadricep muscles.

1:49 AM - Hear an echoing voice, can't make out what it is saying.

2:00 AM - I feel really strange. Tingly muscles, slightly uncomfortable, hearing voices and music that isn't there, when I move my eyes/head quickly, things are very blurry. Walking is near-impossible, depth perception is horrible, bright light is very irritating, pupils are very dilated. I had a conversation with someone and when I asked myself what is was we were talking about I realized it was in my head and I wasn't really talking.

11:22 AM - Just woke up. Don't remember what time I went to bed. Weird notes I left on my phone make no sense, probably blacked out. Feeling slight afterglow today. No DPH hangover.
