DOSE:
15 mg oral Pharms - Mirtazapine (daily)
    oral MDMA (powder / crystals)
BODY WEIGHT: 105 lb
I’ve been on mirtazapine 15mg for roughly a year now for anxiety and OCD. I haven’t taken any recreational drugs since I started taking this medication out of fear of possible interactions. I know that mirt is a tetracyclic antidepressant and binds to specific receptors and as far as I know, isn’t commonly prescribed in the U.S. There aren’t many reports on this drug being taken in combination with illegal substances so I felt it was important that I report my experience of taking MDMA while on mirt.

This past weekend I went to a show with some friends who had MDMA in crystal form. They broke it up into a powder and asked if I wanted to try some. I took roughly 40mg and after about 30 minutes I started to feel the effects. I felt great and had a really good time. Didn’t feel sick or anything. Just a super good feeling. My heart didn’t feel like it was racing, but my hands were a bit clammy. I noticed that the effects wore off pretty quickly (about 2 hours). When I got home after the show I took my mirt and went to sleep. I woke up the next day feeling absolutely fine. Great experience, just wish it would have lasted longer :)
