Nabilone 1mg (Cesamet)
I did weeks of research before taking this.
I have never taken this drug but have smoked weed for 10+ years (very heavy use 5+ years ago). In recent years, 2 grams of weed will last couple months compared to 1 gram per day when I was younger. The intent of the night was to chill, see how the synthetic canniboids would compare to other experiences, I've had a lot compared to a 'normal' person.
5:00 p.m. - took 3mg of Nabilone
5:45 p.m. - feeling relaxed and chill, slightly light headed. I feel more tired over anything else, like I feel like I would rather sleep than do other activities.
6:45 p.m. - drank one beer. Feeling high, eyes are blood shot. Heart is starting to race and have much more energy than before; its like I made it over the tired hump. Slightly paranoid, checked the doors and outside. Knowing the paranoia is part of symptoms I shrug it off and have another beer.
8:00 p.m. - smoked a small one hit of weed. Feel very stoned... very. Not tired but content with doing whatever.
Relax the rest of the night and go to bed around midnight. Feeling very stoned overall.
I slept like a rock, for 8 - 9 hours. Woke up feeling very foggy (wake and bake feeling to the extreme). Drank lots of fluids and had a good breakfast / lunch. Didn't start to feel normal until around 2:00 p.m. The following days after it seemed like my appetite was a bit off (less). Not sure if the loss in appetite is the drug or just me and knowing of potential effects? I would not drive or have plans to go anywhere in the morning after taking this.
Physiologically feel a little dull. When I used to smoke weed very heavy for weeks I would feel like I was stuck in a fog / depression; decrease use, I would feel better and repeat back to heavy use. The days after taking Nabilone make me feel similar to when I smoked weed heavily.

Overall it seems that I felt a bit off on appetite and general well being for a few days but came around to my normal self. Regular weed through smoking is less intense. I would likely try this again but not for a while or at a frequency greater than once per month.
I couldn't imagine taking this drug on a daily basis, I feel like it would trigger a mental transformation.
