It all started on a warm day of September. The mail had finally arrived, my mom must have handled the envelope on my desk in the morning, unaware, but maybe iffy about the content. I could not stand the excitement, recruited a friend and my brother, both overkilled by the typical boredom of a sunny September day, decided to carry on with some cheap thrill. I basically live on a hill, with a view on the sea and two islands, a mediterranean heaven you may say, just to put things in perspective.

So we carry on with the snorting, painful, but bearable for me, not for them apparently, since they kept moaning for a while. We go down and start playing around with the ball, waiting for the come-up. Suddenly, my cousin and my aunt come down as well, and I start getting slightly paranoid as we were already +10mins since the insufflation. Long story short, we told him happy birthday and managed to get away with it within 2 minutes.

+20minutes, I suggest having a walk. Effects will start being felt at +30mins, the sun and the heat will enhance this. They start talking loud and laughing, I start feeling cut out and confused/slightly paranoid and try to cool them down. We reach the edge of the mountain, my brother gets exposed to a height and this makes me scared, he tries to convince us that it's a good place. As I knew both of us were going to face the peak really soon, I shouted at him to get away and that the place offered no shadow so it sucked, managed to get him to a safer place... We all have heard these stories of mountains and psychedelics so you can imagine how I felt.

+50mins at this point, words will never be enough to describe what we felt... A beautiful view on my town from a decent height, buildings start changing shapes slightly, clouds morphing into objects. At one point, some kids approach the yard behind us and my brother gets really paranoid as one kid stares him, I cool him down reminding him they're just kids. However, we will eventually change setting, have a walk through the pine trees and settling down where we have a nice view of the sea and the mountain. We make up a joint and enjoy the views... +1:30

+2:00, we stare at the clouds and we see objects... I saw a 3D skull and a plastic man getting into a car like a sort of simulator crash test video. My friend and my bro pointed out how his sunglasses were bringing some strange visuals, particularly my brother mentioned the perception of a dark sexual mood when he wore them, with visuals of skulls and evil patterns. I can somehow relate. Not much on the introspective area, having tried shrooms I can say this is mostly visual, and apparently quite forgiving, easy going, and beginner friendly. Nevertheless, I may have had one of the best visuals ever. The sun was setting down, lot of small clouds on the orange horizon where the sea and the sky met. I stare at them. They became cars, a slowly proceeding traffic. It left me speechless. It was like witnessing a middle-east sunset, with all this traffic running on a desert-ish area. I cannot describe how I felt in that moment, pure daze, daydreaming, I didn't believe such things were even possible to witness, I feel really lucky for that particular moment.

It's about +3:30 now, sun went down, my friend got away from us and moved in the dark among the trees to troll us, I admit it was quite trippy as we could barely perceive anything, but something was definitely there. I want to add the whole experience was filled with laughter and a sort of hilarious note, typically given by this substance. I enjoyed the easy going, funny ride :)
