Recently picked up some heroin. I had abused opiate painkillers in the past and enjoyed those experiences very much. I just wanted to give the big one a try. Luckily I was able to find a legit source, and did not have to worry about purity or anything like that. Not going to go into detail about that.

I was very nervous when I first got the bag. Even though I had done oxy and other things, I had never really snorted anything, and obviously there are endless scary stories about heroin overdoses. So instead of snorting it, at first I took a small amount and mixed it into a small cup of water and drank it. I had done this with crushed up pills before and had some success.

I didn't feel anything 20 minutes after drinking the water/heroin mixture. I then just said fuck it and decided to set up and snort a small line. Like I said, I haven't really snorted anything.

The actual act of snorting it didn't hurt, but I could immediately begin to feel it going down the back of my throat. I really don't like that feel of something in the back of your throat. So I got up and went to the kitchen to drink some water. I struggled to keep from gagging and just stood there drinking water and clearing my throat for about 10 minutes.

Still at the sink, I could feel it begin to hit me. I just started to feel disoriented and dizzy. For a moment I was scared I did too much and maybe this is the beginning of some Pulp Fiction kind of shit. The combination of the disorientation and the gagging from the snort was making me nauseous.

I could feel the discomfort in my throat coming to an end, and so I walked to my room. I put my hands down on my bed and stood there kind of slouched over, just trying to get over the dizzyness.

I laid down on my bed, and this is when things started to get good. As I lay there, those feelings of dizziness and disorientation slowly began to morph into feelings of complete and total euphoric relaxation. I could feel it mostly in my arms, head, and stomach. Just wonderful feelings of warmth with little subtle bursts of goodness every once in a while. It was a lot like that perfect warm, cozy nap. I lie there, my body feels hot and kind of moist, but that only boosts your relaxation. Every position I get into laying down feels so good. My body just feels like it fits perfectly into your blankets. Along with this body high was a feeling of being content with each moment. I just felt like there was nothing wrong with me doing what I was doing. I had no regret and no feelings of anxiety about the future.

I literally just laid in bed and rode this wonderful wave for about three hours. It was most intense towards the end of the first hour and stayed there pretty much until the end of the third. Then it slowly just began to ware off. I'm still coming down right now.

Overall this has been a great experience. Probably going to do it again once or twice. It does totally knock me out though. I can't really get anything done, so I just have to put the whole day aside. It's probably best for a relaxing Sunday type of thing. Not something that can be used casually on a regular basis.
