I took a nutmeg a dozen times before both ground and whole. And usually effects kicked in in about hour (which is strange). This time I took two nuts, just chewed them and washed down with water. It was in around 17:30. I had interesting lecture at 18:00 with still no noticeable effects. After in hour or so I started to feel rush of typical nutmeg euphoria but it was weak and disappeared soon.

We had a break at 19:10 and we started again at 19:30 and since that first real effect started to kick in. First of all this body feeling of strange relaxation and numbness, also sounds changed to more deep and detail. "That's it" - I was thinking tbh. I thought nuts were weak and will have no more effect except mild body feelings. Lecture ended at 21:00 and felt very weak effects. Soon I caught a bus and was on my way home, embraced with warm relaxation I noticed I'm starting to falling out somewhere.

Now I'm at home and things are getting really intense in this period of time. It was since 22:00 to 00:00. So I came at home, changed clothes, turned on my computer, turned on music and first thing I noticed was that all those weak effects I felt are still present and they are not weak at all!

Effects are getting way stronger if I do nothing and just sit still. This is the feeling that all reality I look at is going somewhere far far away. I got very strong body feelings of just well-being and together with that I was so light. I stood up. And I felt like I'm just sparkling with electricity! Not walking but flying 10 cm from the floor! Almost literally high. And feeling of sparkling was not body, but mental feeling. Body-wise I felt numb, warm and very very comfortable. Everything was so good to touch!

Speaking of this numbness - when I sit still and don't move I feel my body literally dissolving in the air. So I turned on music in a headphones and it was so clear, almost sounding in my head. Sometimes I just felt the vibration of it. Not to mention all this time I was overwhelmed with euphoria and sometimes waves of it were so strong I almost got scared. Visually I didn't have much. Only visual snow on surfaces was really strong and that's it. Also hard to describe but mentally I felt that I was stoned, it was hard to express thoughts, but it also felt very clear.

At midnight I decided it is time to sleep for me. I didn't sleep enough that day and was a little bit sleepy already. The most weird part of the trip is going next. First of all body sensations were at it's peak. A blanket felt fantastic, pillow felt fantastic, my body was dissolved. When I closed eyes I started to fall into other side. So this is somehow reminds lucid dreaming and dreaming in general, but it's more mental than visual.

I still was awake even though relaxed, and I had strong feeling I'm not in my room but at different place. A really strong feeling! And then I felt two entities there. I almost didn't see them, but that doesn't matter, cause I had a very strong feeling of presence someone who is alive and who is not me. They did nothing, just watched with curiosity when I realised it I scared and opened eyes. I'm still in my room. I closed my eyes and once again I'm "there". So I had this feeling of an other side every time I close my eyes with those two entities present. I was experiencing it for one or two hours before fall asleep.

When I woke up first I just felt very lightheaded. But when I woke up again this numbness, lightness and waves of euphoria. I listened to music and it was fantastic (again like it's in my head). It's 2am next day of taking it and I still feel some weak after-effects.

SOOOOO, what is it? First comparison is obviously weed. It really reminds weed, without any allegories at some moments you feel like you took few bong rips. But the body feelings are way too strong for weed. For me nutmeg trip is full of body high, it's very warm and very tactile. Tactile sensations are just going through the roof and they all are pleasant. Head high is strange for me. If I do usual things and talking to people it isn't deep. But I just stop, just stand still, watch and listen. It hit very hard.

Nutmeg is very positive, very deep, lasts long and too good to be a kitchen spice.
