I felt the need to contribute my own experience of Salvia because it at least to me feels quite different to what other people are reporting it as and wanted to allow readers to have a more complete picture of the nature of Salvia experiences.

At the time I tried it I had smoked a lot of weed before but nothing stronger. I tried an extract smoked through a bong (either 5 or 10 times I think). The entire experience was concluded in only a few minutes and was very powerful.

First I inhaled the smoke and held it in for as long as I could, then I almost immediately began to feel a very foreign and odd sensation coming over me. At this point a friend asked me if I could see the matrix which seemed to prompt a grid of green line in front of me in the room to appear, they were quite `real` and really seemingly just there in the middle of the room the same as any object. Then a word emerged from the `grid`, I still can`t remember the word but remember it had a double g near the end and was fairly long and in distinct stereotypical `psychadellic` style. It then proceeded to float to the right of me, stop and hover there and then pull my head into it so that my head seemed to merge with it, it then started to move again, pulling me with it.

I think I must have then gone deeper into the experience because all I remember is floating disembodied and could hear a man and woman refer to me where one asked the other who`s that and the other one quite nonchalantly replied `oh he`s just coming into our world`.

Next I remember I was floating up from beneath, back in my bedroom now, and was floating up into a huge statue or human figure and slowly re-inhabiting it. This I assume may have been my own body.

Then I remember being back where I started, but with this initial floating word hovering just above the ground in front of me. I remember a friend going to stand up and go to the kitchen but I stopped him because he would have trod on the word. Also this final stage was accompanied by a tremendous euphoria which lasted a few minutes.

It was an incredible experience but it wasn`t as `conceptuality` based or existential as other people seem to portray salvia as being and wanted to communicate that.
