I have had experience with many different substances. I shall not say which ones specifically as to permit deniability. Additionally, I have struggled with anxiety my entire life. This likely originates to at least some degree from various circumstances, such as never having met my father and being molested by multiple individuals at an early age. However, I have nonetheless rose above these challenges and live a successful and fulfilled life. I work as a government analyst. I hate my job and want to pursue something in the environmental field. I am pursuing a degree in Environmental Science.

Out of all the substances I have consumed, kratom is by far the most life changing. My first time experiencing the drug was about five years ago when I was looking for a legal alternative to opiates. In the military, one can get a lot of substances fairly easily. However, there are also dry spells when the docs aren't handing stuff out like it is Halloween. I was active duty Air Force at the time. However, I did not join until a little later. So I was well versed in many areas of life.

During one such instance of substance searching, I did some research and came across kratom. I got my hands on some and felt a little something. It was mild and nowhere near what I was hoping for at the time. Interestingly enough, also during this first experience on the same day later in the afternoon, I was chasing my Maltese dog around and banged my little toe into the side of a corner wall. Horrible pain ensued. But I had a very strong feeling it was broken, and this truly excited me. Keep in mind, I would never hurt myself intentionally to get drugs. One can easily say this or that hurts instead and get the same results. Anyhow, in the end, got 20x 7.5mg Percocets by the end of the night as the toe was indeed broken. Sweet Christmas.

Sidenote: had some buddies visiting later that year. Gave them some of that same capsuled kratom I never finished and they were super Gonzo'd.

In the last few years, I have been trying to figure my anxiety out. I decided to give kratom another go. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Since reintroducing myself to the substance, my anxiety has all but completely gone away.

It has changed my life. My job and passive income alone make well over six figures. The point? Well, I know I am very smart and talented, but my anxiety has continually inhibited me from reaching my true potential throughout my past. While I am sure I could have been successful without kratom, I believe in my heart and soul that it was essentially fate for me to consume this eventually. Everything happens for a reason. We can experience visions, love, empathy, and epiphanies without any substances whatsoever. However, they do assist us in our times of need. Nature is a tool. Kratom is a gift from nature, much like many of the other wonderful remedies it has provided.

Since beginning kratom as of last year, I have taken it mostly consistently on a daily basis. I also take breaks here and there for a few days at a time to reinvigorate the experience. Mostly I stick to 2-15g per day. This is a powerful drug. Though in smaller doses, like 1-2g, it is therapeutic.

I would also like to note that kava is another wonderful plant. Though this one is more benzo like, but it will make one even more sleepy than benzos may.
