Well, I've been taking Kratom for many months now. I have capsulized the kratom powder into “000” capsules to 750mg powder weight. I buy it in powder form and capsulize it myself. It is so much better than trying to chug and swallow in water.

Something important I learned. Even if I think I'm getting the same strain, I cut my dosage in half. I was purchasing from one vendor, and was taking 10 pills of Kratom. I switched to another vendor ordering the same strain, took 10 pills and it was A LOT more potent. I was fine, but It caught me off-guard and had me nervous for a bit. Now, when ever I get a new shipment, whether from the same vendor or not, I cut my dosage in half and do a wait and see game. If all is good, I can then pop the 2nd half about 1 ½ hours later. For me, the effects take about 25 minutes to start kicking in. But, it comes in waves, and actually gets stronger in many ways.

Today, I decided to try a higher dosage, but spread it out over a greater amount of time, and see if I like the experience. At 4:00 AM, I took 5 pills. I watched TV and I would say I fell asleep at around 4:45. I was already tired as I woke up early, but the pills relaxed me to the point of falling asleep. I slept for about an hour, and woke up at about 5:45. I then took 6 additional pills.

About 6:15, I noticed I was well awake and had a warmth throughout my body. I felt waves that would come and go in 5 minute periods that gave me a sense of warmth, euphoria, and delight. I find for me to really enjoy the moment, I stop what I'm doing and sit back and enjoy it. If I'm busy at something, you can almost drown out the experience. I find it very easy at this point to be in a state of sexual arousal. I find myself getting that teenage hornyness that I had in my youth.

At about 8:30 in the morning, I took 5 additional pills. The grand total was now 16 pills (approx 12g) This time, I noticed nothing additional until almost a full hour had gone by. At around an hour, I felt a quick onset coming, along with body tingles. A rather large Euphoric feeling had consumed me. The waves got stronger and stronger over about a 15 minute period. Wow, I was really enjoying it. The waves of warmth would wash over me, and the Euphoria was quite intense. After about 20 minutes it started to amplify even more where I felt almost out of body. It was this point I started to get nervous. My hands started to feel pretty cold. Probably more from the Nervousness than the Kratom. I was also feeling a little nausea. I felt like I needed to change venue. A nice hot shower along with a Sauna sounded fantastic. I found that standing was almost too much effort. I was standing at first, and then was sitting down and then found myself lying on the floor with the water wand washing over me to keep me nice and warm. After about 10 minutes in the shower, the nervousness dissipated, along with the nausea, and a very relaxed state washed over me...

My mind started wandering over sexual experiences in my life. I found myself feeling very content with my life and those in it. As the sauna was finally starting to warm up I was able to put the water wand down and just let myself relax. I was in the shower for a little over an hour. I got out before it got too hot. It is now 10:45 am and I am writing this journal. At this point, I am still very relaxed (not sleepy) and content. I love how long the effects last. They last for hours, and other than that 10-15 minute peak that made me nervous, It was/is pure loveliness. I also know that the nervousness was my doing and I should have just enjoyed that period, but I am somewhat a control freak, and feeling like I might loose that control can make me nervous. I can tell you from previous experience that this relaxed/content feeling will last many hours more and will slowly dissipate over the next 4-5 hours. I have been taking Kratom around 2 times a week. I have no lasting after effects other than sometimes Ill have a small headache the next day, But, its not anywhere like a alcohol headache, and its only about 20% of the time the next day. I have noticed I cannot easily achieve an orgasm the same day of taking Kratom, but I must say I don't really care. The stuff makes me really horny and sensual and the other half gets rewarded for it. I really love this stuff.
