2:40 PM: I've just ingested 5 capsules of nutmeg essential oil, totaling out to a carefully measured dose of 1ml of nutmeg essential oil. I've received a brief feeling of nausea, which quickly subsided in under a minute. No notable mental effects yet, only the excitement of trying a new drug for the first time.

4:00 PM: I've decided to take a walk in the woods. A slight shift in mental state is noticed. Colours appear brighter. The vibe feels static and slightly electric, in a pleasant way. As I walked to my sitting spot, I can't help but glance behind myself, half expecting an entity of some sort to be there. Objects look fuzzy, and not fully distinguishable.

4:20 PM: A clear, undeniable psychedelic effect is fully present. All surfaces appear as if they have been coated in a layer of fiberglass resin. At several points, I vividly remember staring at the leaves in the forest and gazing in awe as patterns overlaid them. The patterns eventually ingrained themselves deep into the structure of the leaves, constantly moving, although the leaves themselves did not appear to move.

Absolutely zero nausea was present, and the impairment level present with nutmeg powder is completely absent. I feel amped and full of energy, but all the while perfectly content just sitting calmly and observing the spectacle of geometry before me. Wind felt near pleasurable, as if it was encasing my body entirely. Waves of energy moved up and down my body in a controlled, pleasurable manner. I could think clearly, solve math problems, walk without stumbling, and talk without shuddering. The headspace was free and light.

5:20 PM: The effects since 4:20 PM continued, straight lines lost rigidity, fabric and grainy surfaces fell susceptible to indescribable patterns.

6:20 PM: A dose of 200mg of caffeine was administered orally.

7:20 PM: Visual effects remained the same, while an empathogenic mindset was developed, I still felt clear headed and energetic yet calm.

2:30 AM: I went to sleep.

11:00 AM: I woke up. No hangover, but a slight afterglow. No ill effects. No depression. Nothing but a slight afterglow effect.

Would rate the experience 10/10, and very psychedelic.
