Oh man. Salvia really rocked my socks. I'm a daily weed smoker and have several experiences with acid, disassociates like N2O and DXM, and some experiences smoking plain salvia leaf out of a bong.

During my times smoking plain leaf I had already smoked several bowls of weed mixed with tobacco. After killing a full bowl of leaf with a torch lighter and holding it in for as long as I could I experienced an intense spinning sensation, like every set interval of time I would be jerked hard into this spin and although I could see the world around me it was as if I didn’t recognize what common objects in my room were. After about a minute the spinning would slow down, and I was just left slightly disoriented but grounded in reality. I packed another full bowl around 45 minutes later and did a better job of hitting it, better light and hold. The effects were very similar but longer and stronger but eventually wore off without anything new.

That was about a month before this experience. I ordered some 10x extract to try and experience a full breakthrough. I had no plans to smoke it this night, but due to some friends being on copious amounts of substances I decided I’d break out the extract for anyone interested. The setting was a college dorm with some cool murals and a large LED chandelier that changed color. There were four others in the room with me and some rap was playing.

After 3 of my friends tried some out of the bong with reactions varying from full breakthrough, to confused giggling, to a heavy pulling sensation, I packed about .03g into the bong and took some time to come to terms with what could potentially happen. I was feeling very anxious but eventually I worked up the courage to hit it and held it for over 20 seconds. I put down the bong and immediately felt the same spinning sensation as before.

This time it was much more powerful. It seemed like the spinning was actually the natural movement of existence and I could now see and feel it because I was getting ripped out from my reality. The spinning was chaotic and jerky. I was still seeing the things in the room, but it felt like I was rapidly tumbling around where I sat and I saw unrecognizable objects in the room flying through my vision. Eventually all I could see were flashing strips of purple light intertwined around this mess of objects and my body. I heard some intense chanting (which I think was the rap music) and at this point I lost any sense of who or what I was and what was going on. I believe this was me falling out of my existence. This continued until I suddenly woke up as if from a dream, and I heard a voice from an entity next to me say, “You exist again.” I saw I was back in the dorm room but now I could see the existence I had been in my whole life, like actual reality, as well as this nonexistent realm that I fell into and had always been a part of. I saw the existence and nonexistence intertwined into one mess of what was true reality and it felt like this was where I would be forever. The nonexistent realm was very geometric and filled with bright colors, there was also a flow to it.

I looked around and saw my friends faces and one said to me, “you finally understand what’s really been going on,” while laughing and smiling. I saw that we were all similar entities arranged to be like the boundary of existence and nonexistence. We were like entities/machines that manipulated existence from the nonexistent realm. I was very ok with this realization and then the entities showed me how we could work together to do things in existence. The entity that told me I existed again made some movement and the table in the middle of the room folded in on itself and expanded while the objects on the desk did equally weird and indescribable things. I’d say this was a timeless experience and I was passively aware that this is where I would be for eternity. I felt like my whole life was just a dream I had as this entity and now this was just what I was. There was no reason to be afraid or concerned because this just “was”.

Eventually I came back to reality and recognized my surroundings more. I was just so in shock of the whole experience I couldn’t really describe it or think about it much until more time had passed. I was just so happy to be back in reality.
