I had taken 0.5mg xanax. Then my partner wanted to do some 1,4 BD recreationally. I was concerned because mixing any kind of downer with GHB can be deadly if the doses are high enough. I was also concerned that the 1,4BD dosage ranges online seem to be measured in ml instead of grams, and 1,4BD is miscible in water, meaning someone can water it down to half strength or whatever and the ml's become meaningless . My partner said they were doing 3.5ml, which is enough to have fun then sleep for them.

The sites I found listed anything 2.0ml+ as a heavy dose, which leads me to believe that either the sites are wrong, or this is diluted 1,4BD and I don't know how much a 2.5ml dose is. Anyway, my experience was totally mild with 2.5ml of commercially bought 1,4BD [at unknown concentration] and pharmacy bought 0.5mg xanax - neither were really noticeable. I wrote this simply because it's ridiculous that there isn't any good information available on this potentially lethal combination. It's important to know whether one needs to call an ambulance if they've consumed dose x and y of 1,4bd (or gbl/ghb) and xanax. It might be fine, it might be very much not fine. It seems that in this situation, the dosages were ok. I wonder if others had different results.
