I am a 115 lb male, I have had previous experience with tramadol and I have never felt like I ever got a tolerance for it and my body can efficiently metabolize it into o-dsmt. Previous non tramadol experiences: Cannabis, methylphenidate, Buspirone, nicotine, codeine, alcohol, dxm, various nootropics.

00:00 So far I am having a normal day with some minor neck soreness from the way I slept. At 9:00AM I take 2 50 mg tramadol on an empty stomach.

00:43 I can feel a small but noticeable mood improvement.

00:48 I am experiencing a slight body buzz.

01:03 All my anxiety is gone and I’m very calm and super comfortable. Neck soreness has faded away and I’m in a great mood and I have found that things that would usually bother me don’t.

01:25 I started drinking a rockstar thermo containing 300mg of caffeine.

01:45 Woah! I would say the caffeine almost doubled the effects and added some motivation.

01:50 I feel like I should have eaten something by now but I'm not hungry.

01:58 Just noticed that it is significantly harder to see in darker areas, I looked in the mirror and I see why, my pupils are tiny.

02:13 I'm so itchy everywhere but I’m in a state of mind where it doesn’t annoy me so bad.

02:20 I'm forcing myself to eat a small bowl of soup even though I'm not hungry in the slightest, the effects from the caffeine are pretty much gone at this point.

03:00 I still feel great, feeling very positive.

04:00 I am watching YouTube and zoning out. I feel like there is nothing I would rather do than be in this moment right now.

04:12 I tried to eat a cliff builders bar to get some food in me but all I could get down was two bites.

05:00 I can feel it starting to wear off. The body buzz is almost entirely there still but the mental aspect is fading a bit, still feel good though.

05:54-07:00 I get more and more tired, feeling less and less buzzed, until I’m just tired. During and shortly after this time, I did feel like taking more but it's not that bad and I was able to resist it pretty easily.
