Sonora, Mexico is home to the Sonoran Desert Toad. Many shamans use the toad venom in their ceremonies and rituals. My father and I were lucky enough to meet one. We made arrangements for a certain morning. The shaman was dressed in regular clothes, a blue shirt, grey cargo shorts and sandals, nothing special or yelling shaman. Bit of a chubby fella, but with a big warm smile. We did our greetings, some meditation, and then I prepared for the trip.
Properly ;).

I sprinkled a few drops of peppermint esssential oil on my chest for better breathing, I vaporized some GSC live resin from my oil pen, I rolled up a joint mixed with mandrake root pieces and lobelia leaf and continued to smoke it while the shaman smoked some tobacco.

Then I was ready, the shaman packed a glass bubble pipe with 1/4 of a gram of crushed yellow crystals. He held the torch to the bottom of the glass and I inhaled all that I could without letting go, full Ghost!

then, POOOOOOF!!!!!

I transformed into what I can only describe as a very dark brown eternal sandstorm of euphoria in full motion. It had no direction, it was just an endless ripping and colliding of sand particles, being moved violently by this force that I'm not even sure was air. But I WAS that sand and the force moving it. I felt every single particle crashing against each other but it was not painful It was like an eternal cosmic-orgasm. No fear, no memory, just that never ending, over powering, orgasmic-euphoria....

I have never in my life felt anything like that before. Not LSD, not mushrooms, coke, alcohol, even sex, can compare to this euphoria....

When I finally came back, I awoke to my shaman and my father looking down at me all bug eyed and seeming worried. I explained my trip and I asked them what my body did in that time. I couldn't remember obviously, I was a sandstorm. They told me that it seemed like I was having an orgasm, that my eyes had rolled back and I was apparently screaming in ecstacy grabbing my hair and the sand around me. I was honestly not even surprised that my body had indeed done that.

Now, I believe strongly in the power of synergy. I believe that the mandrake, lobelia, peppermint, and cannabis played a huge role in bringing about such a beautiful experience. I recommend researching every plant before mixing them as well, as some plants should never be mixed.
