I will not be scripting this the best in the same style as many other reports here. I am giving a simple to understand review of the RC in question: 4F-MPH.

The title summarizes 4F-MPH pretty well for me. It does exactly what it needs to, and it is gentle to my body. I have had a history of researching many analogue and prescription substances, primarily amphetamines and empathogens.

Nonetheless, I had not taken anything besides regular medical cannabis for over a year before taking 4F-MPH for the first time, therefore I have no tolerance.

I had a very good idea of what to expect coming into this research.
I had a very good idea of what to expect coming into this research.
I have experienced nearly every feeling from amphetamine structure substances. This is why Iím happy to say that the physical effects of 4F-MPH are much lighter than almost any other. Even though my heart is damaged from past abuse and my body weight is low, I did not experience any heart effects or anything concerning at all. This is a blessing.

I started my experience by orally ingesting half (7.5mg) of a 15mg pressed tablet that was sourced from my favorite vendor, everything is true to its name and is high quality. I still decided to run a GC/MS test through my buddyís lab and it confirmed that only 4F-MPH was detected. I also tried some reagents and nothing seemed out of place.

With this peace of mind, I did some objective research and learned about reported dosage experiences and recommendations as well as delving into the pharmacology of the substance.

I swallowed the aforementioned 7.5mg tablet on a fairly empty stomach at 9:30am, then ate a nice bagel and some waffles to make sure I would be in good shape later. User reports suggest it takes 60 minutes for the full onset, and sure enough it did.

The come up was very smooth, at about 10:20am it kicked a little harder. I could feel the heightened awareness, slightly elevated resting heart rate, as well as slight vasoconstriction. The positive effects were very satisfactory. In fact, probably one of my new favorite RCís for the time being. I had an incredible focus at the one hour mark, so much so that I was able to produce an entire beat that would normally take me a few hours in about 30 minutes. I didnít stumble on my thoughts and everything was just so simple. There was no such thing as distraction at this point.

By 10:30am I was at peak awareness. I decided to listen to some music, specifically trap music and heavy dubstep, which was pleasure to my ears. There is definitely a strong appreciation for music on 4F-MPH which is great for someone like me.

By 11:00am I felt no different, and to my surprise, no negative effects at all. In fact, I was still hungry! So I ate some more. By staying hydrated, I did not get any sort of headache all day.

By 11:30am, I felt very competitive in a way, so I decided to redose the other 7.5mg because I was very comfortable with the first 7.5mg.

I knew the time had come to destroy some FFA matches in Call of Duty. Thanks to the laser-like focus I had acquired, I won 14 consecutive matches. I honestly felt like a damn boss. I usually am a top 3 kind of guy but I feel like almost anything is accomplishable, but I still constantly utilized a risk vs reward mentality.

By 1:40pm I had concluded my gaming, and I was still in a great mood so I watched some YouTube videos. My roommate finally awoke around then, and to my surprise he had no clue I was under the influence of a substance at all even while sober. In fact, he was more positive with me than usual. Conversation was all too easy. I was not any more chatty than usual like I am under the effects of Adderall or 3-MMC for specific example. The empathogenic effects are subtle, mostly just a bit of positivity from the dopamine and norepinephrine.

By 2:30pm I got bored of watching videos and craved to hear some more music. Listened to music for an hour, then had to do some side work for my job.

By 3:30pm the effects were slowing down fairly quickly, which was perfectly how I had hoped it would happen. And sure enough, I went through my whole experience without a single weird feeling in my body.
I went through my whole experience without a single weird feeling in my body.
Itís strange, Iím used to having sweaty palms, shaky hands, and clenched teeth. Bless up for having none of that.

The come down left me in a good mood as well, and to keep myself feeling comfortable I decided to smoke some more medical at 4:20pm, of course, since I hadnít all morning so that my report would be unbiased in terms of effects.

Overall, I can not vouch for long term use yet since this was my first trial, but I believe it has great potential.
