The first night I took (as prescribed) half of a 15mg tablet. Within an hour my body felt very heavy and I fell asleep with ease. The next morning waking up felt impossible. I still felt like my limbs were made of lead, and there was a buzzing in my head. This effect gradually lifted over the course of the day, and by about 5pm I felt like myself again.

The next night I only took a quarter of the pill (so 3.75mg) and fell asleep equally easily. The morning was still groggy, but easier to function than when I had taken half.

I used the 1/4 pill for the following month, by the end of which there was no more daytime-grogginess at all. It no longer was so effective for sleep either, but when I tried to sleep without it I stayed awake all night.

Eventually my sleep returned to normal (after weeks of sleeping poorly without the pill).

Recently I use it about once a week, if I cannot sleep, and it helps.
