A small introduction: I am a 36-year old healthy male with an interest in RC’s. I tend to limit my outdoor drug use to 2 or 3 parties a year (MDMA). Around the house I’m much more inclined to try different substances during a relaxed weekend. I also use phenibut regularly. In terms of RC’s there’s currently quite a bit lying around the house: stimulants (5-MAPB, 3MMC, 2-FA), depressants (Etizolam, Clonazolam, 2-FDCK) and tryptamines (4-HO-MET). All but the Etizolam and the 2-FDCK has been untouched so far, mostly because of me deciding each time there was an opportunity that I wanted to be productive the next day instead of managing a hang-over.

This weekend was different, as I felt I’d like to use my lazy Sunday off to try some 5-MAPB alone at home for the first time, and top it off with some 2-FDCK, which I am already familiar with. The reports I read and information I gathered throughout the internet about 5-MAPB made me expect a couch-locked version of MDMA, which whas exactly what I was looking for.

T -22:00 (day before): took 1.5 grams of phenibut to chill out and get a good night’s sleep. Took some extra vitamins as well.

T -2:30 Took some extra vitamins. Went out for a 5-mile run. Phenibut always helps me with my workouts the morning after I’ve taken it, and this morning was no different.

T -0:05 I whip out the 5-MAPB and open the seal. Incredibly, I immediately manage to make it fall out of my hand, spilling about half of it all over the floor in a fashion that makes it rather impossible to put it back without gathering a lot of dust. Great start!

I decide not to worry about this minor setback and proceed to weigh out two doses of 5-MAPB from the unspoiled half on a milligram scale: one 50 mg and one 25 mg, the latter which I will take when the first dose hits. There’s plenty more left, but I’ve decided that I will stick with these dosages today, which in total is about 2/3 of my regular MDMA dose. It’s been 3 months since I’ve done MDMA, I’m not that big a person and I’ve gathered that 5-MAPB is more potent anyway, so this should be fine.

After about 4 hours, I plan to take 60 mg 2-FDCK, divided over 2 hours. So the 2-FDCK will be consumed within 4 – 6 hours of my initial dose of 5-MAPB. I also plan to top it all off with 1 mg Etizolam for a good night’s sleep, an amount which I feel is responsible to take at the tail end of the 2-FDCK.

T 0:00 I down the first dose of 50 mg 5-MAPB with a bit of water. The taste is bad (as expected) but certainly not unmanageable.

T 0:15 I believe I start to feel the faintest hint of a come-up. Also feel a little anxious about this, which is (again) expected.

T 0:35 I’m definitely coming up now. Some restlessness in my arms and legs. It’s quite comparable to an MDMA come-up.

T 0:50 The first dose hits me. I listen to music and it’s incredibly enjoyable. So far 5-MAPB is very comparable to MDMA, but I also realize that there’s a difference which I cannot yet put my finger on. I take the remaining 25 mg and after that I immediately tend to the needs of our guinea pigs, who are clamoring for some new hay.

T 1:30 Music sounds incredible and I notice I am developing quite similar ‘love for humanity’ feelings as with MDMA, although a bit less pronounced. I realise the pandemic we’re in will come to and end. And when it does, we will celebrate it together. Again I realise how much human beings are celebratory creatures: we are destined to write different stories and celebrate them at one point or another. We need to party, to put it in other terms. We’re party people.

T 1:45 I decide I want to dance in my room. Interestingly enough, when I sit I feel I want to move around, but when I stand up, the urge to dance immediately evaporates and I just want to sink back in my chair. This is quite different from MDMA. I settle on a state of moving around in my seat to the beat of the music, which feels great.

On a mental level I don’t feel as ‘weird’ as I do with MDMA, but only slightly so. I’m alone, so I can’t really say how I respond to caresses. But judging from how it feels when I touch myself, the physical sensations might be a bit less pronounced.

T 2:00 Now the second dose hits and acts like a nice booster. Just as intended. I still feel incredible and music still sounds amazing. I decide to masturbate to some porn. I experience no problems getting an erection, although it requires more stimulation to get things up to speed.

T 2:30 Achieving orgasm feels wonderful. My attention goes back to the music, which is still amazing. I also drink lemonade throughout to stay hydrated.

T 4:00 Enjoying a nice plateau. I’m wondering if I should take the 2-FDCK now or wait some more. I decide to wait another 15 minutes.

T 4:15 I insufflate around 15 mg of 2FDCK. The 5-MAPB plateau is still going strong.

T 4:30 I feel excellent. Just a bit more wobbly than 15 minutes ago, as if I’ve had 2 beers. Here goes the second 15 mg line.

T 4:45 And another bump, this one a bit smaller. The whole experience becomes increasingly wobbly and fuzzy. I keep bumping for the next half hour. The 2-FDCK makes the whole experience more ‘fluid’, I have no other way to describe it. It somehow also creates a wonderful private space to enjoy music in. Funnily enough, the combo of 5-MAPB and 2-FDCK allows me to be simultaneously inside and outside my own head and mindspace.

T 5:15 Music is still wonderful. Overall the effects from the 5-MAPB are less intense but still definitely there, as evidenced by the warm feelings I get when I engage in conversation with my wife, who is out of the house today. The 2-FDCK makes everything rather psychedelic. I assume this comes close to the experience known as kitty flipping (combining MDMA and ketamine), although I can’t be sure as I’ve never done ‘real’ ketamine.

T 5:30 Time to feed the guinea pigs some vegetables. I can still walk, but chances of falling over have increased quite substantially from an hour ago, most likely due to the 2-FDCK. I still feel great, although I can’t reliably say which effect is caused by which substance in this part of the trip. I bump some more 2-FDCK.

T 6:00 The effects from 5-MAPB are decreasing, I believe. The 2-FDCK masks the immediacy of the comedown. It feels more like I’m gradually sliding into it, instead of sobering up all at once. It feels very pleasant and welcoming. As if I’m halfway on a psychedelic slide that ends in sobriety.

T 8:00 The 5-MAPB has pretty much worn off by now, there’s some effects of the 2-FDCK left. I decide to take 1 mg of Etizolam to aid me in getting to sleep.

T 16:00 Woke up after a fine night’s rest. I feel a bit spent, but apart from that I’m fine. No problems eating or drinking. I take some vitamin supplements to aid my recovery.

The days after that were fine as well. No feelings of depression of any kind. I attribute this partly to the 2-FDCK and partly to the fact that I sticked to my dosage regime, which wasn’t particularly high. I certainly like the combo of 5-MAPB and 2-FDCK and plan to do it again in the future!
