A bit of me: Currently addicted to tramadol during 2 years after a herniated disk. 400-1500mg every day. Hell! Even 2000mg. one or two days I was supposed to go to the pharmacy today but with this pandemic, shit closes earlier. Now what the fuck do I do?

Do you know what I will do?

I will drink my own pee that I bottled yesterday (about 500ml) after taking 1200mg. of tramadol for 6-8 hours. I suppose some o-desmethyltramadol will be there. I already did it once and it worked. Anyway, I'll do it in the name of science and insanity.

T+0:00 : Drank 150ml of the piss. Taste not that BAD. I guess thanks to my diet rich in fruits and low in fat or meat.

T+0:15 : Some stimulation and "buzz". But everything can only be placebo.

T+0:30 : Feeling pretty good, watching a movie about this girl pornstar actress of Deep Throat, Linda Lovelace.

T+0:45 : Drinking 250 ml. mixed with strawberry juice. It tasted no bad at all. Maybe something sour and salty.

T+1:00 : I'll take the rest of what's left (something like 500-600ml). Combined with strawberry juice or flavored water kinda (0 calories because calories or food in general kills any opioid high).

I'm starting to feel pretty good. Something stimulated and sense of well-being. The movie looks better than ever.

T+1:15 : Wow. Now I feel I feel somewhat sedated and happy. All withdrawal symptoms passed. So in a way, this worked. Placebo or not.

T+1.45: I smoked a cig, which increased the buzz and it felt pretty good. Anyway, I feel stimulated like a horse, despite taking 3x2mg of clonazepam a little earlier. Honestly, it's not what I expected, I was expecting more euphoria but at least it ending with my WDs. Pupils are constricted, despite taking two coffee earlier too, so that's a good sign.

T+2.30 : Pinpoint pupils at its best. Not much euphoria though. I ran out of energy and now I am sitting quietly watching a movie while listening to my cat snoring. It feels like a comedown for tapentadol, which makes a lot of sense.

T:+4.00 : I guess the madness is over. Honestly, it's kinda worth it, I'm currently nodding off. I feel pretty good.

T:+8:00 : Damn it!. Did you know what I found in the bathroom? Another bottle of pee. Almost 400 ml. Fuck. I've hit bottom, so more will be another 400 ml. Hahaha. In the end, I almost wanted to throw up.

T:+8.30 : Holy cow!! This piss did feel different. I definitely felt something. Suddenly, I started to nod off until I fell asleep. I don't know if it was an OD or something like that ( Maybe 400 ml. had too much O-DSMT), but at least I was watching HBO.

T:+12.00 : I finally woke up from my "little" nap and my tongue burns a little. I guess taking your own pee toxins is not healthy at all for your oral health hahahaha. I wash my mouth like three times. Finally I took two clonazepam and went to buy more tramadol a the pharmacy. Back home, I went to sleep a bit.

T:+18:00 : Wow. I woke up in such high mood and without any kind of side effect, maybe a little hunger for something sweet, but that's typical with opioids.

T+24:00 : I still don't have WDs , despite drinking only O-DSMT pee hahaha. I guess it's because O-DSMT half-life its longer than tramadol one. I would definitely rate it as a good experience. At least I didn't have any WDs for 30 hours (in fact I took my first tramadol at T+30:00) and I felt good, happy and active. Despite having hit rock bottom like never before.
