Incredible High - Oral 4f-MPH

Having tried this insufflated with underwhelming results, I was sceptical of any improvement taking this drug orally. Wow, was I mistaken!

Ingested 20mg orally (I'm a big guy) whilst enjoying evening beers with friends. After 30mins I felt a slow building tingling feeling in my hands and feet. Over the next hour this grew to a full body high, euphoric tingling all over and no jitters. The high remained for about 4 hours before wearing off slowly over about 3 hours.

I've since used 4f-MPH about half a dozen times - all with a couple of weeks in between - and the experience has been the same each time. I'm going to experiment with micro doses to see whether this improves my day-to-day life.
