MDMA and Lexapro - Trip Report

I am on daily 5mg Lexapro (Escitalopram). I am going to try to find out how this low-dose SSRI affects the MDMA Experience. I have read that you will just get hot but not roll. Basically all the stimulant effects with none of the empathogenic effects. If this is true, I will be bummed, but here goes the experiment...

10:15 took 100mg (in gel cap) high purity MDMA followed by a few bumps of Ket

10:20 a few more bumps of K (it's weak K so this is not a significant part of the experience yet)

11:20 The K is what I feel most if anything, not rolling at all. A little bit of temp increase and light sweat but no empathogenic effects, will try 40mg more of MDMA now. Washed 40mg down with a bit of tea.

12:07 Did some more bumps of K, feeling kinda high, but nothing major. I think I am pretty resistant to K, so it's not affecting me that much. The MDMA is def affecting me but more like speed than what that lovely rolling thing used to be. I fear that the SSRI, even at such a low dose (Escitalopram/Lexapro at 5mg daily), is basically blocking the seratonin rush that creates the roll. Not saying this isn't enjoyable. I feel like I could go do a painting and maybe that's what I will do right now...

12:38 Gonna do 40mg more of MDMA and some more bumps to see if this can go anywhere. Feeling a bit speedy, def nowhere near sleepy. K doesn't seem to have much effect. I guess I would sum it up so far as "slightly speedy, slighty euphoric". I am not overly hot internally, but palms are a bit sweaty. No nystagmus at all yet (used to get that ALL the time when rolling). Not awesome yet. I don't think I will go past this amount of the MDMA as I am closing in on 200mg and I am a 160lb man and mixing that much molly and an SSRI is probably not a stellar idea.

1:30 Well, as expected, I did not roll. Not even close. Got a little bit hot and speedy, but no magic. Took half a Xanax and dropped off. Woke at 8 feeling refreshed and upbeat. Guess I will save the Molly for a time when I am not taking the Lexapro.
