First Time 5-MAPB
I really wanted to share my experience with this substance. I am pretty experienced with other empathogens like MDMA.
21:45 I took my first dose of approximately 60 mg with ginger tea mixed
22:07 sweaty palms and a bit more energetic, colors seem to be nicer and light is beautiful. Dry mouth
22:19 feeling a bit of a come up, unease and perception change. Eye shakes.
Music sounds better and crisp.
22:24 goosebumps intensify
22:37 warm feeling and a bit couch locked with my cat on my lap. Light discomfort still and muscle contractions (small).
22:45 buzz in my head and goosebumps in my body, getting the feeling it kicks in. Small build up wave feeling just like MDMA but easygoing.
22:58 visuals intensify, light MDMA feeling. Still a bit uncomfortable
23:00 took 40 mg more in tea, feeling of wanting to dance. I put on a playlist with some nice jungle, DNB and atmospheric tunes.
23:10 more goosebumps, heartbeat going faster, dancing to music
23:16 waves of warmth and goosebumps intensify, lovely feeling, also seems to boost libido and being horney.
23:32 Waves are really big now, feels almost like MDMA on the peak, I had a small moment of wanting to throw up when it kicked in but I managed to not puke and after that went nicely.
The peak lasted for a few hours and I was just chilling nicely on the couch and couldn't write anymore and stay focused. It build up to the point of really feeling speedy, a lot of bruxism (not so much as with MDMA) and I couldn't sit still or focus. Colors enhanced and after the peak I tried masturbating and watching porn. It was nice but I couldn't perform, just like MDMA the penis shrinks and it is hard to cum.
All in all it was a fun experience watching visuals and the music was great. After I woke up I felt really broken and down. It took me a week to really start feeling better with no crying anymore and better sleep. I think the recommended dose is not a good start point. I would really go lower with this and start slow. I wouldn't take a second dose because it can get quite uneasy with higher doses. Maybe I will try again in the future and start with 20-30 mg to see what happens.
