I started taking 2C-B early in 2020 after discovering the drug on the dark web. Having taken LSD, MM's and various other psychedelic drugs in the past I was intrigued by what is described by Shulgin as an excellent experience.

Since beginning this journey I've now taken the drug over 50 times within the space of a year. something I would not even consider with more 'traditional' drugs of this nature, for hopefully well understood reasons.

My experience of the drug is as such, it is a powerful, visual psychedelic that is sensitive to both the person and the dose taken. A small difference in swallowing half a pill or a full can have quite profound differences in the outcomes of the eventual experience. A very easygoing psychedelic that provides much of what I would expect with very little in the way of either a comedown or mental gymnastics that sometimes need to be managed on more traditional psychedelics, in my experience.

The experience is always quite similar (for me), about 1 hr (sometimes shorter) come up which is disjointing at times and can feel uncomfortable (similar to MM's come up where need to get moving around!). Followed by strong visual hallucinations of a very different nature to LSD and other psychedelics, more refractive and seeing patterns / colourful meshes around perspective points (obviously difficult to fully articulate). Never anything foreboding or significant for me even on a strong dose (20-30mg), however can't be sure on exact quantities. Visuals just become quite disorientating at higher doses but I've always been able to almost step back within myself and 'understand' what is happening, almost like I'm sober. It's a strange feeling, totally different from other psychedelic drugs, I find myself in strong 'waves' of experience which continue until I pass the various peaks. I've never found these to put me in any mental distress but they can be quite intense and a seasoned mind would always help to navigate that world. Typically lasts for about 4-8hrs and the downward ride is very relaxing.

1/ I don't smoke weed on this drug, its great on shrooms but really fucks my head on this. I wasn't able to think straight and it was generally unpleasent in my experience.

2/ Dose sensitive, there's a big difference between dropping a full pill and doing it in halves. There's a big difference between doing it on an empty stomach and doing it after eating.

3/ Music is better on this than any ecstasy/MDMA session, I've been sat about crying to some favourite house/techno tracks in between dancing my arse off at times. I have loud music available. I hide my phone if I don't want to pester sober friends/family and be bizarre/profound in thought (at the time at least).
